This Cozy Luxury Suite with soft queen and comfy twin bed is perfectly located in the heart of Fort Myers. This private suite is located in our quiet and safe neighborhood that is regularly patrolled by Lee County Police Department.
Our Cozy suite has granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, workspace, spacious custom bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, and double sink vanity. Enjoy the beautiful garden views from the kitchenette fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or breakfast in our lush garden with outdoor seating area by the koi pond or enjoy a morning walk around our scenic neighborhood. The neighborhood is shaped like a horseshoe, with it being almost exactly 1/2 a mile from Mark Lane cul-de-sac to Scott Lane cul-de-sac, perfect for walking a few miles.
Within walking distance to the Whole Foods Market plaza that is full of many restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating and enjoy the local shopping outlets.
Just across the street from Whole Foods is Publix, along with many more restaurants, shopping outlets as well as a gym. Perfectly located, we are no more than 10 minutes away from i-75, a 5-10 minute drive away to Hammond Stadium and Lee Health Sports Complex. RSW Airport is and Downtown Fort Myers are located just a short 15 minute drive away. Fort Myers and Sanibel beach are between a 30-40 minute drive away depending on the traffic. Gulf Coast Medical Center and Lee Memorial Health are within walking distance or a short drive away.
Unwind after a long day outdoors with a jacuzzi bath or unwind on the leather couch while you enjoy our complimentary popcorn and watch your favorite entertainment on our flatscreen SmartTV.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Our suite has a kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave.
(This is not a full kitchen; we do not provide a stove top burner or kitchen sink in the kitchenette.)

-This Private suite is attached to our main home. It has its own private entrance, private parking and no shared spaces within the home. This suites is located on our property that has other suites on the premises.
Our 1 acre backyard is shared.

-Laundry services available to guests for a small fee of $15 to wash, dry and fold clothes upon request.
If you prefer a local Laundromat instead, we highly recommend you check out "Laundry Max 24 Hour Laundromat". In need of directions? Message me!

-Our house is under Central AC the thermostat is located in our main part of the house but upon request we would be more than happy to adjust the temperature to your liking.

-Arriving into town before your 3pm check in? No problem! We allow luggage drop off. Shoot me a message anytime a day before your arrival and we will set up luggage drop off for you.

-The Pool on our premises is not available to our guests due to liability and privacy purposes.

Visit the historic Edison House, have lunch at the Wisteria Tea Room in the historic downtown district. Enjoy the fun eateries and night time hangouts/ local bars. Dine at the pricey Verandah or eat at the affordable, outdoor Boat House on the Caloosahatchee River. Rent a boat for fishing or swimming.
No matter what you fancy, you are conveniently located to enjoy! :)

Listing was very misleading. The outside property was very unkempt. Inside was clean but not very inviting. The switch that controlled the bedside lamps was in another room. There was a numerical pad that controlled the door lock. We were given a code to unlock the door but was not told how to relock the door from the outside.

What a great find in Fort Myers! We enjoyed our stay - host was fantastic and extremely easy to work with. Outstanding communication.Suite was nice; very clean and the shower was so great! Massive bathroom. A few quirks: parking is a little cozy, there isnā€™t a kitchen sink, and you can hear most everything through the walls (light sleepers may want ear plugs). All things considered, Iā€™d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for hosting us - hope to see you again soon.

I could not of been happier with my stay! Very quick responses to questions I had. The place is clean, quiet, and plenty of space to relax and watch a movie. Definitely will stay here again if in the area. Opened the door to a cozy cafe table with flowers and a welcoming note from our host. We appreciated the snacks and beverages that were provided. The sleeping area was large, included a couch desk, and a very comfortable bed. We greatly appreciated the bathroom, amenity of a whirlpool tub bath A beautiful shower with double sinks. The location was perfect for us. We were there to visit, family and friends and attend the ball game and we were centrally, located to all. The Accommodations were immaculate

Enjoyed staying with you. Very convenient and roomy. Would suggest more towel bars and hanger bars and places to put things down. Also some bulbs burned out in bathroom. Couldnā€™t figure out how to turn on small lamps beside bed. Still, we enjoyed the unit very much. Harve and Barbara

Nice place with great host

The place is nice and a bit quirky. It was exactly what we needed for space and comfort. The bathroom is fantastic. The large leather couch is comfortable and thereā€™s a large TV for those who like having one. The separate breakfast area provided a nice place to eat with lots of light. Coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, fridgeā€”all the appliances needed. Caveats: everything is on one electrical circuit. We discovered that by using the coffeemaker and microwave at the same time, tripping the circuit and losing all power. Fortunately, Yana immediately answered our phone call and reset it so the place wasnā€™t left without air conditioning. I suggested some signage to prevent it in the future as I donā€™t expect any rental to rewire to pass a safety inspection. Thereā€™s a tiny fabric closet and we purchased hangers. Thatā€™s likely not an issue for someone on holiday, but I had an two events which called for a dressing up. We adore Yana, the host. So sweet and super responsive. We may come back in large part because of her.

Perfect for weekend getaway.

I rented this property for my parents for a weekend stay. The property is in an upscale neighborhood with a hospital close by. They stayed in unit 2, which was good because parking was close to the door and my dad has COPD and is on oxygen. The only issue for my dad was there is a slight incline to get in that was tough for him. I had no issues with it, so if you're in good health, it's no problem at all. It's perfect for two people. Nice bed, the couch was tough to get in and out of from a sitting position, even for me. There is a cute little desk where you can sit if you have papwork or a computer you'd like to use. There is a great little kitchenette area that has a table with three chairs, a countertop with a coffee machine (bring coffee for it), a toaster oven, microwave and mini fridge. They put out a granola bar, pop tarts, instant coffee, sugar (a couple types of sweeteners) and I'm sure I'm forgetting what else was there. Overall, it was a great little place for my parents to spend the weekend! I'd recommend this to any couple looking for a nice quiet place for a getaway. And it's not far from many places to eat and shop! Very convenient location. Overall, it was great! *** I'd make a suggestion that they put a recliner or some other sitting apparatus in the kitchenette area. It would be a great place to read in a comfortable chair.

Baseball at Jet Blue Park

Good value, the bathroom was the best ever, good location, about 15 min.to ball park & airport. Parking was good & had a visitor spot for our grandson when we went to dinner with him. Loved watching him pitch at the Jet blue complex. No problems at all.
