The Space:

Waves roll steadily just beyond the glass, their rhythm filling the space as winter light shifts across the Pacific. From the comfort of the living room, you’re wrapped in ocean views, warmed by the glow of the fireplace, and grounded by the quiet presence of the coast doing what it does best.



This entire condo is a corner end unit with a single-level layout and no stairs, designed to keep everything open and easy. Over 34 feet of oceanfront windows line the main living area, drawing in natural light and uninterrupted views of the water. An electric fireplace anchors the space for cozy evenings indoors, while smart TVs and WiFi make it easy to unwind after a day spent watching the surf or walking the beach.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a pillow top king bed and looks out toward the ocean, offering a calm, restful place to settle in for the night. The second bedroom includes a pillow top queen bed, well suited for couples or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms have access to full bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy during your stay.



Kitchen and dining

The fully remodeled kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Ocean views follow you from prep to plate, and the dining table seats four - perfect for relaxed breakfasts, warm drinks on cool mornings, or evenings spent lingering indoors while the waves crash outside.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private oceanfront deck and take in sweeping shoreline views and seasonal coastal skies. A private hot tub sits right on the deck and is available year-round, offering a front-row seat to the Pacific in any weather. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill create space to enjoy fresh air whenever conditions allow.

The condo is part of Beachside Retreats in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood of Lincoln City. The complex offers private beach access, making it easy to step onto the sand, watch winter surf roll in, or enjoy long shoreline walks. Nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions are just a short drive away.



Good to know

Self check-in with a smart lock is provided, along with free parking on the premises and on the street. The home is a no pet property.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
