IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE
Check-in instructions are sent automatically before or at check-in time once the condo is ready. If your travel plans require early check-in or late checkout, please let us know at the time of booking so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. A small fee may apply based on availability.

Our building is located in the lively center of the Isla Verde Strip, surrounded by hotels, bars, and restaurants. This prime location means occasional city sounds, especially on weekends or holidays. Bedrooms include white-noise machines, ceiling fans, and minisplit A/C units to ensure restful sleep.

Please note that luggage storage is not available on-site, and during high season (late November to late April), we often host back-to-back guests — making early arrivals or late departures difficult to accommodate.

Puerto Rico occasionally experiences brief island-wide power or water interruptions, which are a normal part of island life and outside any host’s control. These are typically short and intermittent, and in most cases service is restored quickly. Our building is equipped with 24/7 backup generators that keep elevators, hallways, garage gates, and all common areas fully operational, helping maintain comfort and safety during any brief disruption.

Like much of the island, these occasional pauses in electricity are simply part of the local rhythm. Most guests find that these small nuances—along with the ocean breeze, vibrant surroundings, and laid-back coastal atmosphere—become part of the authentic Puerto Rico experience.
