Charming Guest Quarters in Separate Building. Lush 2.6 acres with family home and separate guest quarters. Murphy Queen Bed and separate room for bunk beds. Kitchenette with MW, Cuisinart Air fryer/ toaster/convection Oven, Keurig coffee machine, Blender, small fridge, dishwasher, induction burner, 2 Patios plus table and chairs inside. Shared family pool. Washer/dryer available. New 42 inch tv.
Suitable for 2-3 adults (over 21) Just added - a small space with bunk beds and a night table and a dresser. This is separated from main quarters by a sliding barn door. Fred the flamingo is part of the theme for this space!
The property is designated as a Certified Wildlife Habitat and you will see many birds, butterflies and other creatures.

Relaxing quiet and beautiful property.

Accommodations were excellent. Pool and hot tub very well kept. Just a nice place to vacation and relax. Our third time here.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Location was perfect - peaceful base for exploration of the area - and Kathleen was a delightful host! Only caution is that with the Murphy bed there is no sofa/chair for comfortable seating for reading or watching tv in the evenings.

Will stay again

Internet and cell service was a bit spotty and pool a little cooler than we like , but Kathleen was a great host, studio apt was clean and had everything we needed and then some - she had coffee, and all the spices, and condiments for cooking our own meals. quiet well kept property

Quiet Paradise

Home Away from Home

The property is beautiful and Kathleen is a gracious and attentive hostess. Our living space was comfortable and well appointed. After biking, hiking and kayaking, the hot tub was such a treat. We were minutes away from excellent restaurants. We were lucky to find such a place.

Peaceful

The building was separate from the home which was in a very nice neighborhood, almost like a park. The hostess provided everything you could possibly need, and was a very gracious person.

Paradise-like retreat in Naples

Overall, a great find for my 9-day stay in Naples. Host was lovely, gave a thorough orientation to the guest quarters, remained available and helpful. The location was in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood though a bit far from the center of town. There was a pool available, also laundry facilities. Kitchen well-appointed for meal preparation, coffee supplied. Host thought of everything! I loved the shower with 10’ ceiling! There was a Murphy bed which was comfortable for sleeping but not reading (no headboard). I missed having a sofa or recliner but other than that, found the accommodations perfect!

Thank you for the honest review. Wish you had mentioned the headboard as there is a fix for that available. I did mail the slacks that you left. Please let me know when they arrive. Come again and visit my paradise.

A little bit of paradise: quiet, private and beautiful!

Perfect place for a relaxing, restful getaway. Everything is provided to make your own meals. Extra fridge available. Bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice to have our own laundry facilities. Hostess Kathleen was very accommodating and generous and kind.

A real retreat

Kathleen was an exceptional host…and the beautiful, quiet and cozy retreat was just what we needed. The grounds and neighborhood are stunning. Easy access (15-20 minutes by car) to great beaches and the same into Naples center! Kathleen gave us so many great tips and her attention to every detail really made for a most comfortable stay! We’ll return!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay, it is close to shopping and the beaches. We did have a few issues to begin with but Kathleen was wonderful and handled them very well. We hope to stay here again in the future!!

Great property! Clean! Beautiful setting! Gardens and landscaping top notch! Well stocked kitchen!

What more could you ask for?

The host for this property is delightful. She will assist with almost any request. The room is light and airy. It is colourful and beautifully decorated. Some people do not like Murphy beds, but this one is very comfortable. It is easy to use due to spring assembly. I have booked this apartment 3x and I have never had a problem. The location is perfect for shopping or the beach or other attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. The grounds are majestic and well groomed. And there is a pool and hot tub What more could you ask for?

Tropical paradise

This is a beautiful neighborhood. The gardens were gorgeous and we were extremely happy to find it. Our host was gracious and helpful. Very clean and quiet.

Safe and secure

My host has gone out of her way o make sure my stay was exceptional. She should be a Super Host! The studio apartment is very comfortable. It is quiet. It is safe and secure. The decorations give the feeling of being in a home and not a hotel room. Access is easy. Parking is on black top. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. Beaches are also within 20 minutes. Attractions are anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. This stay has been one of the best I have ever experienced.. That says a lot since I travel for work. I have stayed from Colorado to Indiana to Texas to Georgia to Florida and many places in between.

Collier County Rrtreat

This property is a gem for those who want peace and quiet. The entire estate is full of trees including banana trees which produce. Yet, it is minutes away from shopping, entertainment and parks. The host is a most charming lady who is always available to help and/or answer questions. I have been a resident for nearly two months and I intend to stay another couple of weeks.

More than a place to stay!

The host for this property is a delightful person. She was very helpful in getting me settled in. She even invited me to her home for Thanksgiving. The apartment is well furnished and tastefully decorated. It feels like home. There was a glitch with the WiFi but that was fixed. She is installing a washer dryer combo for the tenant so that whomever occupies this apartment will not have to use the laundromat. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. You feel like you are on a retreat. There is a pool available. Just walking the grounds is interesting due to the variety flora. I would stay here anytime it is available.

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet near enough to get to a beach within 10 minutes. Great shopping a restaurants nearby, Naples is noted for gourmet food and beautiful beaches. Lots of nature walks nearby and the Everglades are a short drive away featuring airboat rides. Many other attractions available or just lounge around the pool and stay "home."
