The home offers three bedrooms with two spacious king-sized beds and a fun bunk bed setup that kids will love. The layout gives everyone a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring, attending events, or playing sports.

The kitchen is stocked with the cookware, utensils, and appliances you need to prepare meals at home. It’s also perfect for storing snacks and grabbing takeout or DoorDash after a busy day.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of one storage closet in the garage.

**Please note:** Vehicles cannot be parked inside the garage because the available space is limited due to renovations. Driveway parking is available.

Staying Connected

I’m happy to help throughout your stay. The best way to reach me is through the messaging platform, although you may also text or call.

I typically go to bed around 9 PM and am usually up early between 5–6 AM. I’m always happy to help whenever I can!

Guests are required to have a **verified profile**.

Safety & Security

For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property, exterior security cameras are active during reservations.

There are:

* One doorbell camera at the front entrance
* One outdoor camera facing the driveway
* One outdoor camera facing the backyard

These cameras do not monitor the interior of the home. Security footage may be used when necessary to verify compliance with rental policies or investigate incidents.

House Rules

We want everyone to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay, so please review the following:

**No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.**
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or unauthorized gatherings.
Only the guests included in your reservation may stay at the property. Unapproved visitors are not permitted.
Quiet hours are **10 PM–7 AM**. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
No weapons are permitted anywhere on the property.
Please keep doors locked when you are away from the home.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

Pet-Friendly Details

Dogs are welcome with **prior approval**.

* Dogs only, under 50 pounds
* Maximum of 3 dogs
* $150 pet fee per approved dog
* Unapproved pets are subject to a *minimum $260 charge*

To help keep the home comfortable for every guest, please follow these pet guidelines:

* Dogs must be house-trained and well behaved.
* Dogs must remain on a leash when outside the property.
* Please clean up after your dog immediately.
* Pets are not permitted on furniture. Please bring a crate or dog bed if needed.
* Dogs should not be left unattended in the home for extended periods.
* Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
* Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or pet-related traces left inside or outside the property.
* A $250 minimum charge may apply for pet-related damage or excessive pet cleanup.
* Guests are fully responsible for any injury, property damage, treatment, or other costs resulting from their pet's actions.
