The detached holiday home, built in 2003, is modernly furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The pool is very modern, French type, filled with saltwater. Size 9 x 4.23 meters, illuminated at night. The surroundings are clad with beige quartzite and large Mediterranean stones. Next to the pool is a solar garden shower. The pool area and those lying there are not visible from any direction due to the tall plants and the shadow from the house. However, you can enjoy the sun all day long. From the pool, you can also enjoy the unique panoramic view of Lake Balaton.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 300 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms. Fireplace is available in the living room, in the bedrooms individual radiators. The entrance leads over 8 steps directly in the hallway. Extremely water consumption is to be paid locally, coordination is possible with the owner upon arrival and departure. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. You have access to the 45 sqm terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, shower, 2 washbasin, WC, bidet, washing machine and sauna.
Upper floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 45 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. 2 Separate toilet each with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonalmádi. The holiday home is located on a 980 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.
