Thanks for your review! To explain about the trash dumpster: The one nearest the Cabin is for a different home owned by someone else. The one that serves the Cabin is shared with a couple of other owners to keep the cost reasonable and to not have large dumpsters in every driveway. It's in a central location for the homes that share it, and it's only a slight jog out of the way when going to and from the Cabin. Hope that helps explain, and hope to have you here again soon!

Thank you fort the review! We really appreciate the feedback. For quite some time Google Maps had the home listed at the address you were given. It looks like Google has corrected the address so we will get it updated ASAP. Thank you for staying with us!

We are so glad that for the most part you enjoyed your stay! It's a shame to hear that you will not be staying again. As for your frustration with the request that guests help out by simply stripping beds and tossing the trash, it is just that, a request. If you had chosen not to help out you would have not been reprimanded in anyway... no fees, phone calls, emails or negative guest-review. The reason we ask for guests help is that we would like to keep our check in time reasonable and our cleaning fee to a minimum. We do not make a profit on the cleaning fee, it simply provides payment for the cleaning crew. The longer the cleaners have to spend cleaning a home, the higher the cleaning fee. We took our pick, asking for a little help from guests over charging a higher cleaning fee. As I personally travel I utilize the convenience of vacation homes and have never stayed in one that did not make this simple request. The earlier our guests can check in the better. In fact we recently received a five star review that mentioned how grateful this particular guest was that she could check in a little early and get her family settled in and comfortable after long stressful travels. Our cleaners clean form top to bottom each time they visit our properties. Even with the head start (stripped beds and minimal garbage to clean up) the cleaning crew has plenty to do and a short window in which to get it done. They clean as efficiently as possible in between gusts checking out and checking in, utilizing every minute. Best wishes, safe travels and we do sincerely hope to have you back one day!

Thanks so much for the review. Future guest please leave a voice mail if you need to contact us for ant reason. Our business phone gets spam calls all day and night so our instructions state clearly that we will not call back numbers that do not leave a voicemail. As for the cleanliness I will say that we have since changed staff and have high standards. the experience of this guest is an exception not the rule. Now that we have new staff I assure you we will not have these issues. To this guest I do apologize for the inconvenience and wish you safe travels.
