Quiet environment. The house is not located in the city center: a vehicle is therefore necessary. (possibility to provide a connection for electric vehicle on request for an additional fee)

Possibility to go for lunch by the sea by electric mountain bike (about 30/40 min to get to the port of the madrague by the small country roads)

10 minutes away, Le Beausset, a small Provençal village with its market, shops and many festivities.
Many ranches around the house offer horse riding courses for children.

To the east: Calanque de Port d'Alon 20 minutes by car and Saint-Cyr-sur-mer

To the south: Bandol and its golden sandy beaches 15/20 minutes by car (a nautical club offers sailing courses to children and teenagers)

To the west: Sanary-sur-mer and its pretty night market (20 min), Six-fours-les-plages, Le Brusc (30 min)...

To the north: the Castellet circuit (15/20 minutes away) for motorsport enthusiasts.
