Centrally located. Newly remodeled. Cozy and clean. Large back deck with beautiful views. This was our home for 13 years. We love it so much and are so excited to host your group. Large bedrooms, extra amenities. ****Pool is open seasonally! Weather permitting, we usually have it open the end of April/beginning of May. ****

The house was exactly as described- spacious and clean. It is located right next to the local college on a cul de sac and near grocery stores and restaurants- pretty much convenient to anything you'd want to do in Farmington. It was the wrong season to use the pool or the backyard, but it had a trampoline, play structure, and ample space to spend time outside if the weather is right. The house is well supplied with blankets, cleaning supplies, towels, spare toiletries and salt/pepper, spices, etc. Lots of cooking utensils. One of the bedrooms was set up with two bunk beds with two trundle beds- lots of space for little kids. And it has a wonderful view for sunsets and sunrises in particular.

Exterior landscaping was very nice - we weren’t able to partake of the wonderful back deck and pool due to very rainy weather. The inside of the house was good but the dishes and glasses were not. The master bedroom had a chest and large mirror covering the only window so no light and no ventilation. Great views from the back deck.

family gathering

The house inside was great! Lots of room, lots of chairs for everyone, clean and well equipped. The days we were there the weather was excellent so we spent most of our time in the back yard. The outside back area however was pretty dirty, cigarette butts all around, trash built up against fence, in the yard and on the deck, all outside furniture was dirty and needed wiped down. We wanted to use the outside grill but that as well was pretty gross and hadn't been cleaned in some time if ever, so we chose not to use it. we stayed on May 15-18 so maybe it was early for outside use and the owners just hadn't given the outside space much thought yet. There was a good sized pool but it was not open to use until memorial weekend, which we knew it would not be open for our stay but it would have been awesome if it were, it was pool weather all weekend. The neighbors dogs were at times very obnoxious and barking allot when we were outside, and the dogs had chewed holes on the fence separating the fence from the deck area where they could almost stick their heads thru. which was a little unnerving. The neighbors did apologize for the dogs to us but the barking continued off and on during our stay. All in all it was a comfortable stay and we just adapted as needed. We loved the size and space of the back yard and deck and all the seating on the deck, we just had to clean up a bit before we could use the space.

Cute place with lots of room

Great place for families. We came in March, so could not take advantage of outside amenities but everything was great. Close to everything as advertised.

family get away

The property was in a great location. It was laid out very well and the property was perfect for a family or group. We enjoyed the backyard amentities very much as did the children. The only thing that we found that needs attention is the springs on the trampoline. It was fine for small children but they are getting pretty worn out for children 10 and above. Great Setup!!!

Clean and comfortable

My wife and i enjoyed our 2 night stay at this clean and comfortable house with great views from the large deck. Shops and restaurants not really walkable. Would be ideal for families

Best of Farmington

Clean and well appointed place. The pool was a savior in the sweltering heat, and the inside was cool as well. Plenty of utensils and appliances for cooking. Overall great place!

Beat the heat getaway

Better in person than described. Very clean, spacious, with more amenities than listed. Only concern was absolutely no return contact with property owners. No information provided on how to use porch TV or fans, old pool towels ( we brought our own as never informed if provided), 2 lounge chairs ripped and unusable ( we bought our own). Unclear of how to leave property after use. Otherwise we really relaxed, rested, and enjoyed the home. Very comfortable beds and living areas. Loved outdoor living space. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided were very nice! We brought HDMI cable and laptop to stream on outdoor TV. So much to do nearby to beat the heat. Hiked Bisti Badlands, went to the movies, shopped downtown area. We will be back!
