A magnificent, unspoiled haven of nature and greenery, overlooking a bucolic wooded valley of meadows that, in season, are home to the owner's peaceful Angus and Wagyu ("Kobe beef") cows, at the edge of a vast, protected wild forest. A true haven of peace and tranquility, nestled in a soothing, picture-postcard landscape of gently rolling mountains, 100% rejuvenating and relaxing. Wildlife viewing is possible (deer, wild boar, foxes, squirrels, etc.). Comfortable cottage. Warm country charm blending gentle rusticity with unusual 1950s touches (magnificent terrazzo flooring), enhanced by the original building's character (stone fireplace and beams). Cozy atmosphere combined with the unique charm of a historic home. Pleasant enclosed garden maintained with natural grass cutting (partially sloping). Unique sheltered outdoor spa and a large covered terrace nestled under a grand, cathedral-like canopy, offering an unusual mini pétanque court. Charming, authentic 19th-century Morvan farmhouse, fully restored - with a sheltered outdoor spa and an unusual "mini" indoor pétanque court - nestled in a quiet area on the edge of a small rural hamlet, 7 km from the typical, commercial village of Etang-sur-Arroux (many amenities including a small supermarket). Absolute tranquility, nestled in the countryside on the southern slope of the Morvan massif, on the edge of a bucolic valley of meadows at the edge of an immense wild forest (a stone's throw from a protected ZNIEFF area), in the heart of a sublime green setting. Magnificent rural & natural setting preserved in gentle mountains, overlooking the green valley of Mevsrin, very close to the Uchon massif & its famous summit of "Signal d'Uchon" ("the Pearl of the Morvan", natural site classified in ZNIEFF), not far from the famous Mont Beuvray (protected in Natura 2000 Zone for its rich ecosystems, occupied at its summit by the renowned "oppidum" of Bibracte, ancient fortified Gallic city, one of the best preserved with its ramparts & districts extending over 200 ha) as well as the territory of the "Great Lakes of Morvan". Privileged location, not far from the Romanesque churches circuit, on the routes of the legendary GTMC mountain bike circuit (Grande Traversée du Massif Central) & a marked "green walk" hiking trail (vast network of similar hiking trails to explore on foot or mountain bike in the area), 7 km from the GR131 (connected to the GR13 & the renowned GRP of the "Grand Tour du Morvan"), 7 km from the passage of the "Cycloroute71" (Tour de Saône-et-Loire by bike), 13 km from a marked cycle route serving the Morvan Park ("Green Itinerancy in Autunois-Morvan"), 15 km from the Green Way "from Morvan to the Vineyards" and around forty km from the first vineyards of Couchois (adjoining the famous Côtes de Beaune & Hautes Côtes de Beaune) & the "Route des Grands Vins" extended by the illustrious "Route Grand Crus" (crossing the legendary wine-growing villages of Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault, etc.).
