Julie and Nicolas' Tiny House

Dare to try a unique experience! This unusual and welcoming accommodations are located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Futuroscope. The Tiny House is a mini-home offering a minimalist yet highly functional living space. It is equipped with everything you need (combination microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, and reversible air conditioning). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and composting toilet. Our Tiny House is designed for 3-4 guests (ideally 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). It consists of a main room and a separate bathroom (with a composting toilet). The bedroom is located on a mezzanine (double bed 140 x 190 cm). The sofa in the living/dining area also converts into a bed (double bed 120 x 190 cm). The catamaran net attached above the living area serves as a relaxation space. Four pillows and three duvets are provided. A travel cot is available upon request. Access is via a private driveway leading to the grounds where the tiny house is located, secluded and away from the road. To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide the essentials: coffee and hot chocolate pods (Tassimo coffee machine), tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar. We also provide dish soap, a sponge, a dish towel, garbage bags, and, in the bathroom, shower gel and shampoo. Wood shavings for the composting toilet are also provided, and we replenish them during your stay (for stays of more than 3 nights). Our contact information is in the welcome booklet. IMPORTANT: Although cleaning is included in the rental price, we ask that you leave the premises clean upon your departure. Bed linens and towels (an additional service) should be placed together in the bathroom. Garbage bags should be placed inside the main bag and deposited in the container outside.
