The 1-room apartment 3 is located on the upper floor of the house and is suitable for 2 persons. Opposite is the apartment 4, so that both can be booked for 4 people.  Equipment: * combined living room / bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV * pantry kitchen (2-plate stove, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, div. Dishes, * dining area for 2 persons * open shower integrated in the room * separate WC * rental of a beach basket on Ostssestrand (July / Aug. only on request on site) * Parking on the property

Welcome to the beautiful Baltic Sea Binz - with lots of sea flair. Our private apartments and apartments are located just 5 minutes walk from the Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops.  The holiday home is home to 3 apartments and 4 apartments, some of which were completed in 2011. These are located in three separate houses right on the landlord's property. All apartments have a good basic equipment. A parking space is available on the property (except App. No. 4). From May to October (July / August only on request on site) you are welcome to book a beach chair for your stay!   Visit us in the beautiful seaside resort Binz, stroll along the extensive beach promenade, enjoy regional culinary delights and sunbathe on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.  We are looking forward to your visit!     

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 11:00.
