Nice property in a great location

This property is nice and in a great neighborhood and location. Ease of check in and communication with Kristina was top shelf. House was very spacious and worked perfect for our stay in York.

Memorial Day weekend trip

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our small group. We enjoyed strawberry picking, a creamery and mini golf with our teens. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

York Expo Center Stay

We have several tournaments at York Expo throughout the year and this property, while not right in York, provided for a great commute and a very fun and stylish house for our coaches. Hope to stay there again.

Wonderful house in York

We stayed at this beautiful home in March 2025. The property, location and amenities were wonderful and very comfortable for our family. We were close to York, as well as Hershey Park and enjoyed the area attractions as well as local restaurants. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a luxury retreat for the whole family. We will definitely try to reserve this home the next time we are in the area!

Wedding Weekend

My daughter's wedding was in York, PA and I needed a large home for our family, since we were all coming from distant states. It was the perfect house for us with spaces to gather and not feel cramped. Our group had a 7 yr old and the rest were 27 to 81. With all the bedrooms, everyone could retreat as they needed and not hinder those still socializing. The games provided were a suprise & huge hit with everyone! I would definitely book this house again if I need a large space in/near York, PA!

Parents 60th Anniversary

The house was wonderful. Perfect space for our family to stay in town to celebrate my parents 60th anniversary. Super comfortable place, with pampering features like the hot tub, real wood fireplace, decorated Christmas tree were very much appreciated! Thank you!

Great stay at spacious house in nice neighborhood

We had a great stay in this house. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering spaces our family (with adult children and partners) were able to be together, but have our own space when needed. The neighborhood was great for a morning or evening walk (hot during the day), with little traffic. This place was conveniently located for us with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Overall we had a great stay! The house met most of our needs. While it was a little further from Hersheypark than we would have wanted, the price for such a large space was unbeatable. We were very comfortable and had very responsive hosts.Pros:- Plenty of space for everyone- Great location and quiet neighborhood- Toys in the basement and kids' room were great- Big, open backyard- Hot tub was nice, clean, and warm- Large, open floorplan- Big table for playing games and large couch for watching moviesCons:- The stovetop was cracked and injured one of our party- Vacuum didn't work and the floors showed it- Inconsistent cleanliness throughout the house- Confusing trash/recycling instructions/procedures- Not all bathrooms had the expected number of towels- The eat-in kitchen area needed more lighting, particularly in the evenings- More pantry space would have been appreciated

With our little family now 4 individual families there are not many properties that can hold us all comfortably, this house meet all the requirements! It was perfect for a large group looking to stay together. Thank you for everything!

Great location, a little lacking in appointment and cleanliness

Great location ā€¦. You can hit Hershey, Lancaster and Gettysburg. The property is great for families - great sized yard and quiet neighborhoods to walk or ride bikes. However, while the bathrooms and beds were clean, the property needed a deep clean and it looks as if renovations under way but not complete (spackle on walls but they arenā€™t painted). Carpets are stained and look very dirty. Windowsills grimy as well as other surfaces. You need to bring basics with youā€¦ plastic bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponge for dishes, etc. The keurig was well stocked. Be careful of the step into the house as it is cracked.

Great location

We loved the location because it was less than an hour from Hershey Park/Chocolate World, Gettysburg, Amish country and where I grew up as a kid. My family and I would go out for the day to see PA and then go back to the rental house to sit on the back deck to read or play with the grandkids in the backyard. The house was spacious and well equipped for our needs. It was truly a home away from home.

Exceeded Expectations

Four adults and 2 children spent a family get-away for (5) nights. My husband and I have stayed at vrboā€™s across the country and this property was not only the nicest but cleanest. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, modern kitchen with all amenities. Everything in working condition which we have found to not always be the case. Kids lived the trampoline and we all enjoyed lots of outdoor games in large backyard. Fire pit with plenty of chairs also available. Large lighted deck with grill was great place to relax. We visited attractions in York, Lancaster and Gettysburg. We didnā€™t get to Harrisburg but itā€™s close as well. The neighborhood is a quiet residential plan. So glad we found Kristinaā€™s vacation rental!

Family wedding

I chose this property for 5 nights for my immediate family as we all traveled to PA for my daughterā€™s wedding. Itā€™s a wonderful layout with plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was amazing for me to execute the wedding cake & baked goods. The owner was very communicative. The yard is huge & we enjoyed the deck & hot tub! Only a few minor drawbacksā€¦ the 10:00 am checkout was extremely stressful after a very hectic & exhausting wedding the night before. We really needed another hour. Kristina did, however, let us check in an hour early. There were pet accident stains on the carpet. There are no dressers or accent tables for your personal items. It may not matter as much to folks only staying 1 or 2 nights though. I wish Iā€™d have booked a 6th night to be able to relax & enjoy the property. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great!

Everything was smooth from communication before check in, the check in process, being able to buy food and grill. The location was neutral for shopping and wasnt too far from Hershey Park, which is what we originally came for. The host was great!

This property is very well maintained, clean, and fully stocked. Kristina is a great person to deal with if you need anything or any questions. She responds quickly. 10 out of 10 we will be staying here again.

Spacious and Relaxing

Our family enjoyed getting away from the busyness of the city and day to day life. The kids enjoyed the basement, the connected their PlayStation down there and it was their place to hang out in the evenings. The owners are responsive and are great resources for local to do's. We would love to stay in this home again and definitely recommend it for anyone going to York. This is the place to rest, relax, and refresh!

Family vacation

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely home with fantastic kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with excellent appliances, cooking equipment and dishes. Excellent place for family meals with plenty of seating. Will definitely rent again when we return to see family.
