40th birthday golf trip stay

This house was great and exactly as shown on the listing. We had no issues with check in/check out or with the house during our stay. It was easy to get around and the Publix that is close was clutch for food. I highly recommend for a golf trip weekend or any type of stay.

Short Stay in Atlanta

We stayed in Atlanta for a couple days while going to a conference at Ron Clark Academy. The location was great - a quick walk up the street to the school - saving us money in transportation. The house was quiet and well-kept. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question and was very supportive.

From the time entered the property was impressed. The cleanliness of the property was what caught my eye from the beginning. Owners made sure you're equipped with everything you'll need your entire stay. Would recommend this property to friends and family and would use property again

Excellent option!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Private driveway, so no street parking. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and everything we needed. It was perfect for our trip. The host was also very accommodating. I emailed w/ a couple of questions and JL promptly called me back- very pleasant and professional. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Good hotel alternative

In town for convention center- most hotels were booked. 10-15 min Uber ride to downtown. Easy check in and communication with owner. House is clean and spacious - no soap or shampoo etc so bring your own. The neighborhood doesn’t have much to walk to, but door dash worked. Overall good stay for our group!

Fun Family Adventure

This house was just right for our three generation family of eight. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and maintained. The kids especially enjoyed the back yard. The kitchen was well layed out with tons of storage but lacked a bit in staples, such as having only 2 forks. Fortunately there was a WalMart nearby. The living space was ample and the games were a plus. The main dining table was awkwardly tall with only backless stools. But these small things are only mentioned for feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this host and this location.

In town for College graduation

It was a good size house for a large family. Owner/manager was easy to communicate with. The location was not desirable, across the street is a junk yard, behind the house is a warehouse that looks abandoned. The corner store had large groups of people hanging outside all night. The house was very dusty, there were spiders & the carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced. The Primary suite does not have any doors separating the bedroom from the bathroom, shower needs full glass doors as the water gets out onto the floor. The toilet is out in the open in the middle of the bathroom absolutely no privacy.

Thank you for reviewing our home. Although we appreciate your complete honesty, please acknowledge your wording in your description is very misleading. Yes, The master does have an open concept. However, it is divided into three separate rooms, a bedroom, a bathroom and a walk in closet that is larger than most bedrooms. The bathroom in the master is set up with the toilet across from the soaking tub which sets next to the shower. However this is all separate from the main bedroom. The shower as you mentioned, has two large floor to ceiling glass walls with a walk way into it. However the shower is 8 feet by 6 feet with 2 rainfall shower heads on opposite walls. If you got water on the floor through the walk way into it, you either did so out of neglect or are reaching for something else to bring negative views to our home. The “corner store” is a local bar b que spot that people from all over the city come to visit, especially with the “store” sitting on the Atlanta belt line. The building behind our home, on the other side of our 8 foot fence, is a converted loft. It is someone’s home. It is really sad and disheartening that you would take the time to write this but not be accurate in your description. You know very well how persuasive reviews can be. I do not knock your rating you are entitled yo your opinion. However, be accurate so our future guests can choose openly. Did you do this because early check-in was not available for you and your group? Either way, going forward with other stays please be fair to your future host.

Leaking ceiling

Overall, I would summarize the property as lacking. Failure to provide basic cleaning supplies and sufficient towels are such simple things, but, when not done, it leaves the impression that corners are being cut. This impression was confirmed as it also rained during our stay and there were multiple areas in the upstairs ceiling where water was flowing and dripping (all the way down to the first floor). It was evident that shoddy patch jobs had been attempted in the past, so this was a known issue. 4 and 5 star properties do not have leaking ceilings. 3 stars is probably being generous.

Disappointing Experience

This rental is not in a neighborhood where an out-of-town visitor would want to take a walk or jog. Most of the businesses in the area are boarded up or have security bars on all the doors and windows. I am giving this rental a five (5) based on the location. It is centrally located if you are heading downtown or out to Stone Mountain. There was no welcome note or binder, just an email the host. The communication with the host left much to be desired. I paid for early access since our fight arrived in Atlanta at 9:00 AM. The host did not provide the access number to the house until around 10:30 AM. We were on pins and needles waiting for details. The house had window shades throughout but no curtains or drapes to buffer the sound from outside traffic. With the noise from the traffic, it was hard to sleep. An additional reasoning for the low rating is that the house is sparely furnished. We had planned on cooking most meals during our four-night stay. The kitchen had three pots, two with lids and no skillet. A sponge cut in half was provide for dishwashing, coffee pods provided but no cream or sugar.

Convenient, clean and renovated Atlanta location and easy to access

It was a beautifully updated property in South Atlanta area. I was worried about location when I received the address, but I felt safe and it was quiet and clean. I contacted the property and they were generous to go and turn air on before we arrived because we were arriving late after a Braves game. It is located in an older area, but many new builds and updated older homes on same street. The roads were easy to access and there was minimal traffic once you were off the interstate. In Atlanta traffic, approximately 15 minutes to aquarium; 20-30 to Braves stadium/The Battery; 20 to Six Flags. Great breakfast place approximately 10-15 minutes away Homegrown ga. We just stayed for a weekend with our teen and young adult kids. 10 total. I expected an extra room with 4-total twin beds so I do not recommend if you have more than 8 adults. We had 10 people age 16 and up and one slept on futon and one on a couch. The full size bed is very small for 2 adult size people. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets and linens. I am thankful I took extra pillows, blanket and sheet for my 2 on futon and couch because there was only one sheet, pillow and comforter for the futon room. I did not contact any of management because I always come prepared just incase. To help others with the property: 1-king bed, 1-queen bed, 1-small full bed, 2-twin beds, 1-futon and a full couch (not sleeper sofa). We did not use the kitchen, but seemed fully stocked and bonus: they supplied a roll of paper towels, liquid hand soap, dishwashing supplies and one trash bag. There were 2-bags of ice in freezer as the ice maker does not work. I recommend turning refrigerator temp colder when you arrive. There is plenty of toilet paper and bath towels, could use a few more wash cloths, but I take disposable ones. Bathrooms very clean. Master room gets hot if leave the doors closed. All in all. I would recommend and stay here again. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but 4 star and more space with fewer crowds. They still need to fix a few minor things. I live in Tennessee so it is past downtown Atlanta which puts a little extra travel time on. Thanks for letting us use your home!!

Maison normalement pour 10 1 chambre très bien, 3 chambres normales mais lits petits, sans tables de chevet par exemple et la dernière chambre est un bureau avec canapé déplié, matelas dur.. impossible de faire dormir 2 adultes dans ce bureau Il manque beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine…il manquait également des draps de bain, décevant pour le prix

You referred to our cleaning staff as “monkeys”. We take our hospitality business serious. We do not simply just rent out our home, we are a small business hat provides hospitality. We employ 4 people. So, for you to refer to our group as “monkeys” while you stayed, well, there wasn’t gonna be any professionalism after that. That behavior might be acceptable where you are from, but not here. Not Atlanta.

Nice stay

I booked this home due to close location to Mercedes Benz Stadium. Our group took an Uber to the stadium and it was a quick and easy drive. We also used Door Dash while we were here and had no problems with delivery. The home is cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. I did wish the master bathroom had a door on it for extra privacy but this didn't cause any issues. The master bedroom shower is huge and nice. The neighborhood is okay. As you pass this house a little ways, it seems to get a little rough. But we never felt unsafe and I'd definitely stay here again!
