Charming 3-bedroom house in green Périgord

In the north-east of the Dordogne, in the charming village of Savignac Lédrier, you can relax in peace and quiet without opposite!
The village restaurant is a few meters away!
The house is composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed upstairs and a bedroom with single bed (110x190cm bed) on the first floor. The first floor bedroom has a separate toilet and sink.
A garage is at your disposal to park bicycles or a trailer for the duration of your stay.
The garden is enclosed and reserved for tenants, with a barbecue at your disposal.
The garage and the garden are in front of the house without being adjoining.
The fishery nearby, visible in the photos, is not part of the rental, you cannot access it but its view remains soothing, like the song of frogs during the season.
Upon your arrival, the first necessities (dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, will be available to facilitate your arrival even if they are not provided for in the rental).
