Great location with private beach. The doors from bedrooms outside were sticky and hard to use; so we chose not to. Good view of sunrise. Would visit again. Note: it is a tropical location, so there are bugs and geckos.

Fantastic host

Overall the place was okay. The view was amazing. The host was more than excellent. Everything is close to this house. Yes there is a dirt road to get to the house but for me that keeps the place very private.

Ocean Front!!

The back patio was fabulous! The lower deck could definitely use some TLC and a pressure washer. The Mosaic tiles are gorgeous ( be very careful when walking on after a rain ). The grill was great. AC worked great. If you use the dryer be prepared to wait hours on it. Overall, this property was fabulous. Just needs some love and clean up on the beach.

Renters Beware!

Rather than communicate via the VRBO platform the host started personal texts, not sure how he got my # - should have been a warning. We were told to come late because an A/C unit was being worked on so did not arrive until close to 5pm. We noticed a thick smell of bug spray upon arrival. We began unpacking and noticed other signs that this was a distressed property. The frig and cupboards was covered in a slimy substance from the outside and had mold inside. There were cobwebs, dirt, bugs, debris, rust, etc. throughout. I discovered two roaches in the outside shower / laundry areas. The gate to get to the ocean was rusted shut and there was broken up concrete beyond that which would have impeded access to the beach anyway. We were told that this was all due to mother nature and out of the control of the host. There is also an exposed electrical box in the indoor shower. We informed the host that we could not stay, and he asked why to which we replied with all of this, and I told him I had asthma and could not breathe with the chemical smell. The response was that he thought it sounded like excuses. Again, he only responded to personal texts and not through VRBO app. I tried cancelling through VRBO but was told to work with the host which I attempted to do but did not receive any further response. We scrambled to find another place to sleep, and we left immediately before 6pm. We did not stay here. I am now working with VRBO in hopes of recouping the money.

This guest isn’t welcomed again be warn other host. I was at the property that day and everything was in a perfect condition. He want to cancel but he was late to get full refund. So he invented all excuses to get full refund.

Disappointed

The pictures really just show the beach and the rooms but they leave out the kitchen and layout. One of the bathrooms was outside the house completely. It was around the back. The main bathroom had a shower head that is very dangerous due to the fact it’s connected to an outlet just above the shower head, talk about scary. The bedrooms had bug catchers that were full of gnats and mosquitoes. The street to access the house is a dirt road that at night was scary thank goodness I wasn’t alone. All and all the beach is nice but that’s about it. I really wanted to like this place but it was deceiving and for the price not worth it.

Terrific location right on the beach, good, natural beach with fews peoples use, nice neighbors. Nice kitchen ( a floor fan would be useful) and a good bathroom The town has a bid new supermarket, a Walmart, end a pleasant inclosed mall all located in the same area The vrbo liaison is particularly helpful and friendly.
