Beautifully decorated condo that is the perfect size for 2. The view is gorgeous. It's close to the pool and the parking. The location is excellent with a path along the beach, next to the Lava Lava Beach Club and within walking to coffee & places to eat. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a closet full of water toys. The AC works great and there are fans throughout to help with air flow. The housekeepers accidentally forgot to leave extra towels, but Kim remedied that quickly and we ended up with more towels than we could use. The mattress and the pillows are much harder than we prefer, so consider bringing your own pillow to make sleeping more comfortable.

We stayed here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it was perfect. Our first time to Kaua’i and it’s located in the middle so not too far of a drive for any destination. Perfect beach for floating, snorkeling, laying out, or playing in the waves. Next door to Lava Lava Beach club and The Coconut Market. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. Loved it!!

We had a great time here. The space was clean and updated. Plenty of beach equipment provided. Spent a lot of time on the covered patio watching the ocean. The property grounds / pool / lawns were immaculate. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything you need is available- kitchen items and beach/pool items. The view can’t get much better!

Great location. Property was exactly as pictured. Lots of “little extras” like coolers, ice packs, beach gear including snorkel equipment. Choice of 3 coffee pots and even a grinder. Loved the air fryer. Walking distance to Lava Lava and Coconut Market. Pool and grounds were exceptionally well maintained. Just wish they had a hot tub!

Great spot in great location. Walking “literally” next door to Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club was awesome!! Great views and great pool with nice little (seemingly) private beach. Place was perfect for the two of us with plenty of kitchen stuff.

It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed, inside the condo and the views outside. It was very comfortable, quiet and the coconut marketplace was extremely close and convenient for all our needs.

This place is amazing. The view could not be better! You see the view looking outside and it's reflected in the mirrors. The unit was so beautifully decorated and so clean and well appointed with everything you could need. We will definitely be back. I cried when we left!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay at your condo with a beautiful view. It was clean and quiet and the location was perfect to walk to the markets and other sites.

Wonderful home just steps from the ocean! Amazing views from the back deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. Only challenge is it is on the 3rd floor so you have to go up 4 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. The location made up for the climb.

Thank you for your review. We do have it stated in the listing that it is stair access only. Trust me, we also wish their were an elevator, but that top floor view does make it worth it. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and please look us up when you are planning your next visit to Kauai!

The unit was well-stocked with all the necessary items. The A/C worked very well. The view was amazing! The furnishings in the unit are cozy and make us feel at home. The location was perfect for us.

Great experience! 15 minutes from airport, walking distance to Coconut Marketplace. This time of year the Lae Nani beach can have a bit stronger waves, but there is a calm tide pool on the property where you can enjoy. Place itself is very charming and comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
