A converted basement featuring, amongst other things, a table football table, ideal for enjoying a cosy get-together with friends or family.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine; capsules, tea and sugar are provided.

Bed linen, towels and a tea towel are provided. Toiletries are not provided.

You will be able to access the house independently.

Detailed instructions regarding access and key collection will be sent to you two days before your arrival.

The house also has free private parking, allowing you to park directly on the premises.

We will be available remotely throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have and to assist you should you need any help.

The house is situated in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful setting for your stay.

You can enjoy the tranquillity of the neighbourhood whilst remaining close to Dijon and its main tourist attractions.

Dijon city centre is approximately 3 km from the house. Saint-Philibert Church and Dijon railway station are both located approximately 3.2 km away.

The property is accessible by public transport via the Divia network.

The Chenôve-Centre tram stop is approximately 2.6 km from the property.

However, to reach the centre of Dijon, a car remains the most convenient means of transport, particularly as there is free private parking available on site.

This accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area. Noise disturbances are strictly prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.
