The dining room table invites you to gather around a delicious meal prepared by your own hands whilst the TV sofa corner will invite you to relax after a long day of activities. No need to worry in case of extreme heat, the lounge is air-conditioned. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer as well as an independent toilet complete the living area.



On the night side you will find a first master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a television and its en-suite bathroom with WC, the two other bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed (80x190).



The large terrace fitted out and equipped with a pergola with electric blind will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. It has an equipped outdoor kitchen with a plancha, a large table, garden furniture and sun loungers. Everything you need to enjoy lovely summer barbecues and relax in the Vendée sunshine. Everything is in place to unwind and make the most of your holiday!
