Vacation Rental in Brittany, August 2026 / House for 7 People on the Banks of the Rance River / Ocean and Countryside!

We are offering our family home for rent this summer from August 7th to August 29th, 2025 in Brittany on the Emerald Coast, near Dinard and Saint-Malo (10 and 15 minutes by car respectively), in a green setting, a 10-minute walk from the banks of the Rance River and a slipway for swimming in the Rance estuary. Our 140m² house is recently built, with wood cladding and attractive, modern decor. It is located in a very quiet hamlet in the countryside and is surrounded by a 900m² enclosed plot comprising a large garden with a spacious south-facing wooden terrace and parking for 3 cars. It can accommodate up to 7 people, including a master suite for 2 people with a bathroom. private bathroom and upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and an additional single bed in one of the two bedrooms. On the first floor: a separate entrance / a large south-facing main room opening onto the terrace with a lounge area, a living area (with a dining table for 8 people) and an open-plan kitchen (a central island, a 4-burner induction hob, an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and built-in cupboards) / a master suite opening onto the terrace with a queen-size bed (160x190) and a shower room / a separate WC in the entrance hall / an utility room (adjoining the kitchen) with a sink and a washing machine. Upstairs: 2 very large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed people (140x190) + an additional sleeping space in the adjoining room for one of the two bedrooms (a 90*190 bed), a large bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet) and a mezzanine office. We provide bed linen and towels, dish towels, cleaning products as well as all basic supplies (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) and a barbecue. You can access beautiful hikes along the Rance river on foot from the house and even swim in the Rance estuary (several slipways and a beach at Minihic-sur-Rance). Our location is ideal for discovering Dinard, Saint-Malo, and also the medieval town of Dinan ( 20 km), Cap Fréhel (30 km) and the famous Mont St Michel (57 km) among others!
