The residence is beautiful, spacious and very well decorated. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions immediately. The lake view was awesome.

The property is NOT as advertised! Has only 4 bedrooms. The game room “kids” room is no more than a HOT hole in the wall with an unsafe bunk bed which had to be temporarily fixed during our stay. The temperature never got above 80 in there. Has only a portable AC unit! The front door has a 2” gap at the bottom which mice come through. The tankless water heater is not adequate-many cold showers were taken! The trash at the street was full when we arrived & was never emptied during our stay so we had to leave trash bags in garage. The garage door does not close all the way! The refrigerator ice machine not hooked up & wine cooler did not work. The garage steps are VERY narrow which could cause a fall. ALL steps need hand rails for safety reasons. The mattresses in ALL 4 bedrooms need to be replaced-they are all soft and lumpy-they must be very old-people were finding the floor more comfortable and that is not what we paid for!! The soap & shampoo in bathrooms was tiny-good for one use. The host tried to fix our immediate concerns but don’t think she & owner commented well. Post on bottom deck is peeling & again needs railing. There could be big issues if anyone falls at any of the many stairs. We would not rent this property again-too expensive for what we got.

The house is large, ok for a group of adults. The location is good and has great views with lake access. The house is not well maintained. Multiple things are broken and just haphazardly addressed: leaking sink with buckets underneath causing a lot of mold, electrical tape holding monitor together, indoor flooring used for outside balcony, outdoor furniture not well maintained with ripped upholstery. Would not recommend for children as the banister/rails of the open 2nd floor stairs is very loose. The bunk bed is also missing multiple bolts so it collapsed when someone just put a foot on the ladder. This could have been deadly if a child was on the bottom bunk. No hot tub as listed. Good potential but not well maintained.

Refrigerator is wedged in and there's trash visible on both sides of it. Bunk room is a garage space with an uninsulated garage door and no heat or air other than a small heater. Furniture is all white and dingy, needs to be cleaned.

The property was amazing. We had enough space and beds for everyone that came on vacation. The location on the lake was great for boating activities. We had a few hiccups with the house but JB was on top of it and got it handled. We would highly recommend this property for families.

Great communication, beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Nestled directly by the water, with a huge deck and dock! The master bedroom was perfect, with a large jacuzzi tub, bidet, and closet of your dreams. The kids room was so fun, the kitchen island was HUGE, and the downstairs entertainment area and couch was perfect. The hosts were super prompt in their responses, and we are hoping to stay here again in the future with the kids!

Hot tub was not included as listing stated. The host did say they have had trouble removing it from the listing so that was fine. The communication with the host was delayed. It took 16 hours to respond on one maintenance matter but they did send maintenance quickly to resolve issue. WiFi did not work during the entire stay and was never resolved. The floors in the kitchen turned socks brown. Two coffee mugs were found in the microwave upon arrival that had coffee inside that was moldy and was pure black sludge. The cups were stained when we put in the dishwasher. Overall, our stay was fine but I didn’t anticipate having to communicate with the host as much as I did regarding maintenance and wifi issues.

Nice place

Very cool layout, nice view of the lake, and the boat dock was key. Excellent fishing. Probably better for older kids and teens than little kids, but overall, quite nice (the deck is awesome!).

I loved everything about the property!

Everything at the property was great, from cooking supplies to toiletries it was there. The property itself was beautiful. It looked just like it looks online. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a must we return.

One of my greatest passions is ballroom dancing and Argentine tango, which I admire for its elegance, connection, and timeless style. I also enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, spending time on the water, and discovering the small details that make a place unforgettable.

I purchased this Lake Hamilton property in 2019 after falling in love with the peaceful setting, lake views, and sense of escape it offers while still being close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. My goal has always been to create more than just a vacation rental. I wanted to create a place where guests could gather, celebrate, unwind, and make lasting memories with the people they care about most.

As a host, I believe hospitality matters. I want guests to feel welcomed, comfortable, respected, and taken care of from the moment they arrive. Whether you are visiting for relaxation, adventure, boating, fishing, a family gathering, or a special occasion, I hope this property becomes a place you will always remember and want to return to again.

I chose this area because it offers the perfect combination of privacy, beauty, convenience, and adventure. The property is tucked inside a peaceful cove just off the main channel, which allows guests to enjoy quiet mornings and relaxing lake views while still being only minutes away from boating destinations, waterfront restaurants, entertainment, and the attractions of Hot Springs.

One of the things I love most about this neighborhood is how versatile it feels. Some days the lake is calm, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing on the deck and watching wildlife along the shoreline. Other days it is full of energy with boating, fishing, live music, and activity on the water. It truly captures the best parts of the Lake Hamilton lifestyle.

I also appreciate how close the property is to everything guests may want to experience during their stay, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, local restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, marinas, and nightlife, while still feeling private and removed from the crowds.

For me, this neighborhood represents the perfect balance between relaxation and excitement, nature and luxury, privacy and connection.
