Guadalupe Bluff Farmhouse - Guadalupe River View - Hot Tub

Beautifully situated atop the Bluff of the Guadalupe River. This original country cottage has been newly remodeled and equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation. There is an outstanding view from the house, yard, and a hot tub of the Guadalupe River.
Fun for everyone! Hot tub, Firepit, cornhole, board games and cards.
Main house rate is for 8 people and has 3 bedrooms + a gameroom area - I King, 2 Queens, 2 twins and 2 full bathrooms.
*The guest house will sleep an additional 2-4 people. It features 2 double beds, private bath with living room, kitchenette with Microwave.
Absolutely no pets allowed. Owner is highly allergic!
Just a few minutes away from the Kerrville Airport and Kerr County Youth Event Center.

There are several casual as well as fine dining minutes away.

Perfect for extended family gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 5 adults & 2 toddlers stayed here for my moms 70th birthday weekend and it was perfect! The sunset views over the river were stunning. The setup is one master bedroom with en suite, 2 other guest rooms with queen beds and a shared bath, and then a converted garage through the kitchen with 2 twin daybeds. The guest house has 2 full beds in a single room plus a separate living & kitchen. I think there may have also been couch spaces that converted into beds. Besides the day beds in the garage, most of the beds were quite tall/raised so we put the small kids in those twin beds for easier access. We used the hot tub and the backyard had space for us to setup a slip n slide for the kids. The decor was lovely and everything was modern. You do need to let the hot water run for a while before it gets heated up. There was plenty of parking in the circular drive and I love that the whole property was fenced in to keep the kids from running off. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, relaxing, and so peaceful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks to Fredricksburg Escapes, this spot was just what my girlfriend and I needed for a mom getaway! The home home was clean, absolutely beautiful and had a stunning sunset view in the hot tub! Next time we are taking our family's since the house is huge.

Great View and management

We had a few minor issues but the management team was very responsive and handled everything quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cool nights and games included in the house.

Group HQ for a larger Car Rally event in Kerrville TX

This was literally a last minute booking due to a late notice issue with another property. Could not have worked out better and will rebook for the same event next year!

Perfect for hosting our family gathering

Newly and tastefully renovated property was just the right set-up for our group of 8. We loved the view and even got lucky with beautiful fall colors for our Thanksgiving weekend. The living areas are spacious, the bedrooms are cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage as well. Highly recommend -

Wonderful house and view

Seven adults ranging from 25 to 79 stayed here for four days while in town for a loved one’s memorial service. The house is well appointed: welcoming, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and a great kitchen and laundry area. We loved and constantly used the coffee station! The Wi-Fi did not work though we used the password listed on the modem and provided in our house info, So we used our hot spots. The property manager offered to send someone out but we were tied up and declined the offer (thank you for the prompt response). The view is worth its own review. We loved it!! We were blessed with amazing sunsets while we were there. We also enjoyed the conveniently-places corn hole game! Because we still have an older family member in the area, we hope to come back!!

Can't beat the view

Comfortable property with all necessary amenities and plenty of space. It has an insane view of the Guadalupe River. It was a great place for our family.
