Set in the centre of 3.2 hectares of unoverlooked land with a lovely view of the Massif des Maures, the house has a private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and three shower rooms.

The house is simple and spacious, with all the necessary comforts. A fiber-optic Internet connection is available, and the 3 upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The house is ideal for 8 people and can accommodate up to 10 guests (4 bedrooms for 2 people, 3 shower rooms, 2 beds on the mezzanine).
The first floor comprises a large living-dining room, kitchen, WC and laundry room. In an adjoining wing, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a shower room.

On the second floor, 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and washbasin, 1 small children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a separate bathroom. The first floor also features a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
