Located on Deerfield Beach's barrier Island, the studio is nestled between the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Your feet can meet the sand in under 5 minutes. The vacation rental is fully equipped and ready for your stay! We provide all linens, towels, cookware, and basics such as hair dryer, iron, blender, coffee maker. There is Wi-Fi, cable, central cooling, and free parking. The property has a heated pool* (pool is heated from December - April in Winter months), coin-operated laundry, and grill.

The location is great!

Great location, very helpful neighbors and enjoyed the beach and the canal. Perfect for going to the Florida Renaissance Fair in Deerfield Beach.

Stay at Turtle Beach Villas

Nice, large clean studio with shared heated pool and laundry facilities. One block walk to the beach and also inter coastal. Restaurants nearby as well along the paved beach walk way.

A Lovely Getaway

This was the perfect size and location for us!! It was a short walk to the beach and we even made it to sunrise one morning. We will definitely be looking again when we visit next year!

Best Friend's Getaway

We enjoyed our 6-night stay, our studio was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and had a beach decor. I will definitely be coming back to stay on our next get away. Great quiet area and only a few minute walk to the beach and great pool area on premises. Everything else you could want was within a 2-mile drive.

Quiet Stay at Deerfield Beach

My mother and I visited the area for a week. The apartment was clean, the area quiet, and close to all kinds of amenities. Property Manager responded quickly to questions.

Beach getaway

I fell in love with this property and the location. It was clean and had everything that I could’ve needed for a 3 week stay. The location couldn’t get any better. It’s right across the street from the beach. Just a dream vacation. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Wonderful stay. Easy check-in. Clean. Other people at property were warm and friendly.

We came from out of state to see our son play in a baseball tournament. Location is great. Close to everything we needed. Beach is across the street. Location is surprisingly quiet. Property is well kept and clean. Definitely recommend.

Cozy Quiet Studio nestled in nature

Perfect location for the 3 of us cousins from different places to reunite and relax together—walking distance from the ocean beaches, shopping, restaurants, and the private clean pool connected—everything worked perfect for us, and we plan to return! Thank You!!

Loved the place but found hard to find

We got there on a dark stormy night. My only suggestion would be to say they the property is best found on 8th street between 19th Ave and A1A.

Nice visit

When we arrived Kevin got in touch with us to let us know that we will not be staying at the property that I originally leased because the air conditioning was broke. He instructed us to view other properties he had that were in close proximity of where we wanted to stay. After a few hours of looking he was able to let us stay at one property for the first night and then move us to a newer property for the rest of the week. It was a bit of a rough start but overall Kevin came through and accommodated us as he should. Our condo was very nice and newly renovated and very clean with wi-fi access. The beach was in very close proximity from our condo and when we had any questions he got right back to me in a timely manner. I must say that VRBO was absolutely no help to us or Kevin at all.

Not a 5 star place

Apt is ok. Very clean.Needs more supplies in the kitchen. No frying pan or vessels to make breakfast. Not enough plates, etc. Not our first time stayiin VRBO properties, usually you can find a few basic supplies that others have left behind. ie: aluminum foil. Etc. The TV is very small. You need binoculars to watch it from the couch or the bed...there are 4 different remotes without any guidence on which ones are the ones that work...Other hosts leave instructions and guides or Suggestions for the area... nothing hereI wouldn't stay there again...

The turtle beach villa experience

Upon arrival, we found a little villa tucked in between A1A & the beach which was a short walk to get there! The studio villa was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed staying there very much although the pool was around the front of the building, the back of the building was the parking lot were the studio was nestled in on the first floor just a short walk around to the front of the place was the pool area which I didn’t get to enjoy the weather while we were There didn’t cooperate until the last three days and I ran my butt to the beach every day the ocean was rough at first, but after some storms, you expected that the next two days were absolutely gorgeous. The water was calm and beautiful green. I love the area and I will make it back again one day. Thank you Denise, Geo and Kevin Karen & Bob Sherman

Clean and convenient

This is a delightful studio with everything I needed for a week long stay. VERY clean and comfortable. Pro’s: super clean, manager was very responsive, access/check-in very easy. Dedicated parking spot a plus. All the basics in the kitchen. Good location - 1 block to the beach and an easy 1 mile walk to restaurants, shops and pier. Nice, well kept pool with plenty of seating. On a side street so no traffic noise. Cons: the bed was a bit hard for me. I know that’s a personal preference though. There are no blackout shades on the windows, so the unit is very bright very early in the morning. One thing to be aware of: the description stated 2nd floor unit but I was put in a first floor unit. This was fine with me. It was actually more convenient than going up and down the stairs. However if someone had thought they were getting a first floor apartment and was put in a second floor apartment, that could prove to be a problem if they had difficulty with stairs. I will stay here again.
