Ultra resort center Large 3-room apartment At the foot of the slopes & shops

Beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom apartment, very welcoming for 6 people. At the foot of the slopes or the starting point for beautiful walks, in the heart of the charming and family-friendly resort of Valberg. 2 bedrooms with balconies, 1 living room, bathroom, kitchen, raclette grill, board games... all with views of the mountains and the resort. Supermarket, restaurants, and shops at the foot of the building. Ski lifts 50 meters away. Our apartment is truly located in the heart of the resort, at the foot of the main ski lift departure point, yet set back a little from the street, making it very quiet. Being on the 3rd floor and facing east, your breakfasts will be enjoyed in the soft morning light flooding the living room and bedrooms. Furthermore, the roller shutters make the rooms completely lightproof if you wish to sleep in. Finally, for your comfort, the numerous electric heaters provide immediate warmth on cold winter evenings. I live in Nice, so I'm not directly on site. But I know the resort well and have been staying there for 35 years now. However, numerous blankets, duvets, bedspreads, bolsters, and pillows are available in the apartment. The person to contact if you wish to rent linens from the Valberg laundromat is Ms. Clary. You must reserve the sheets in advance. You can find her number by doing a simple Google search for "Valberg laundromat" as I cannot write it here. The laundromat address is: 19 Avenue de Valberg / Le Vendôme Building, 06470 Valberg. The laundromat is 150 meters from the apartment, going back down towards the pool. You can, of course, bring your own sheets. PGJyPg Tips to overcome this: 1) If you rent your equipment from one of the shops in Valberg (they are all located at the bottom of the slopes or below our building), you can leave your equipment with them every evening and pick it up every morning to go skiing; they all gladly offer this service. 2) If you have your own equipment and have found a parking space nearby, you can leave your boots and poles in the trunk and simply take your skis up to the apartment and store them on the balcony, as we have always done ourselves :) Before your arrival, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 sponge, and 1 cloth will be provided. Electricity: Electricity is charged for stays during the winter period (November to April): 0.30 cents (including VAT) per kWh. We ask that you take a meter reading upon arrival and departure in the form of a photo. You will send it to us. Everything is explained, with supporting photos, in the arrival guide that Airbnb will send you by email 24 hours before your arrival. Note: If we do not receive any receipts or photos from you, a fee of €15/day will be charged.
Also think about the planet and your savings: turn off or lower the heating when you leave for a long day of skiing ^^
For your comfort the apartment is extremely well insulated, and the electric radiators are very efficient. Once you return from your day of skiing, the apartment will warm up in just a few minutes. Electricity charges will be settled after your stay through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Electricity costs: on average €70-120 per week in winter if you like to live at 25°C, or around €30-50 if you prefer to live around 20°C. Elevator: there is no elevator in the building, nor is there wheelchair access; however, a walkway allows you to reach the 2nd floor directly from the rear of the building if you wish (and we are on the 3rd floor) PGJyPg PGJyPg Noise: We have downstairs neighbors who live and work year-round in Valberg. Please move chairs gently in the living room out of respect for them. Do not throw anything out of the windows: food, cigarettes, etc. No parties or loud music in the evening.
