The comfortably furnished double room is located in the basement of the landlord's house and has a separate entrance. The room is furnished with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), couch seating area with table and 2 armchairs and flat-screen TV. The sink is in the room. A coffee machine is included. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A small communal kitchen is right next to the room. This is equipped with a refrigerator and. Toaster and a kitchenette. Bed linen and towels, final cleaning, parking space are included in the price. Linen change is included for stays of more than 12 days.

The two holiday apartments and the two holiday rooms (one single room and one double room) are centrally located on a separate plot of land in a single-family house. The rooms and the apartment have separate entrances. The Baltic Sea beach is about 300 m away. Shops, restaurants and the Ostseetherme stop of the Usedom Baths Railway are about 200 m away. It is approx. 800 m to the center / tourist information / pier. On the property there is a cozy seating area (covered) for guests. Here, after consultation with the landlord, the freshly caught (or bought) fish can be smoked together in the smoker.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
