For those who want their stay to be self-contained, our gorgeous ground floor studio is a must! Located in one of the loveliest areas in Pueblo, fresh colored walls and stylish wooden floors deliver an instant dose of style. An open-plan layout combines living, bedroom and kitchen with a private bathroom, providing all you need for a warm, cozy stay.

The Sleeping Area

Lie back on a luxurious, king-size feature bed, dressed with high-quality bedding, plenty of pillows and French linens for your arrival. A matching wooden dresser boasts plenty of storage space and a large mirror perfect for preparing for evening strolls downtown.

The Living Area

A plush rug fills the space between the sleeping and living areas, where you will find a super convenient table and chairs and TV. This modern space is ideal to use as a dining area if you decide to stay in and cook rather than dining in one of the many amazing Pueblo restaurants. Working while you stay? The table is equally fabulous as a desk and work area. The sparkling kitchen packs a bunch and features a hot plate, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery & cutlery, microwave and refrigerator.

There is a secondary heater in the studio to ensure that you stay nice and warm on those cold days. One of the heaters is a space heater and the secondary is a baseboard heater. The baseboard heater is located on the same wall as the entry door and can be turned on and adjusted manually. If you have any other questions please let us know :)

The Bathroom

The toilet is private and sealed off from the rest of the space. A huge, brilliantly lit mirror hangs above the sink and really opens up the tastefully decorated room. A spacious shower stands just off the living area, allowing you to spread out your things while you relax in the hot water after a day of adventures. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are included for you to enjoy. We also provide fresh towels and necessities like a hairdryer, first aid kit, and iron.

Outside

Not far from your studio is a shaded, spacious, communal deck that is located within the gated backyard with chairs, a side table, and a space to hang your hammock! Perfect for enjoying a sunny Colorado morning or winding down at the end of your day. The rest of the yard includes a grill and fire-pit area.

Street parking is close, plentiful, and free and is usually right out front or very close by. Should you prefer to park off the street or in the same spot each day/night, we have limited off-street parking (uncovered), which can be booked for $2 per night or $10 per week. Exploring Pueblo

Your home-away-from home is located in the quiet, family-friendly Belmont neighborhood, with an area of shops and restaurants (fast food, grill, Chinese, Mexican) just a stroll away. Within walking distance are hiking & bike trails, CSU is a hop and skip away, and downtown is a ten minute drive, with the beautiful Historic Arkansas Riverwalk. I-50, I-25, and I-47 are all quick and easy to access, making Pueblo Lake Reservoir just a 15-minute drive and Desert Reef Hot Springs just 40-minutes away. Enjoy state parks, Colorado Springs, and Denver as you explore this stunning area! Upon arrival, a welcome manual awaits, containing detailed information about local food, the area attractions, the studio itself and more.

Other Points to Note

We proudly and directly manage a team of 5-star cleaners in the use of our own eco-friendly and naturally made KHG cleaning supplies, caring for you and our environment. Our team has been thoroughly coached in the disinfection and sanitation of all touchpoints, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery. With our guests’ health and safety our top priority, deep cleaning takes place on a routine basis.

While there is a dresser where you can fold clothing, we completely understand that some guests may require hanging space. Simply send us a message to request a clothes rack 48 hours prior to your arrival. Late notice requests will incur an express fee for delivery, but with plenty of notice we can happily pop one in for no charge at all!

PETS: We’d love to host you AND your house-trained pets! Please message before booking to check your pets qualify. There is an additional nightly fee of $10/per pet/per night to cover the cleaners’ time and additional products to be used for cleaning after a pet stay. The pet deposit is $350 (fully refundable, assuming no damage occurs).
