Welcome to our brand new villa C’est La Vie which is located right on the gorgeous beach of Plum Bay. The villa has the most stunning views of the ocean beyond and is furnished to a very high standard.

The villa has a grogeous living area which has the unique feature of central cooling and opens onto the the terrace and view. The american style kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and is well equipped for any chef to prepare a feast. You have the choice of dining by the pool side or in the cool comfort of the dining area.

The expansive deck area features a heated pool, jacuzzi and a pool bar. There are plenty of seating areas with the numerous hammocks and lounge chairs perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The villa has 6 fabulous bedrooms with the Master bedroom offering a king size bed with views of the sea. The ensuite bathroom has a indoor and an outdoor shower as well as a bathub so is really luxurious. There are three additional bedrooms that surround the terrace and are all ensuite also. The other two bedrroms have indoor access above the living area.

This Villa includes chef services, the in-villa Chef Noon will prepare your choice of two delicious meals per day, made with fresh products hand picked before every arrival.

Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

Getting Around:
You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Philippe who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in.
