Enjoy a completely remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all-new, self-closing, Shaker-style cabinets. This well-equipped space also has an eight-slice, convection toaster oven (which fits a small-to-medium-size pizza) and a Keurig K-Duo coffee pot (which uses K-cups and makes pots as well). You'll be treated to two remodeled bathrooms, fresh paint and new floors throughout, a new dining room set, a new entertainment center, and new comforters, blankets, and shower curtains. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted, 32-inch flatscreen TVs and the living room has a 55-inch flatscreen of its own.




Purnell House is an oceanfront property with an outdoor swimming pool in midtown Ocean City. In this wonderful location, you'll be less than a block from Coastal Highway, which is lined with all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the Ocean City Expressway and the Assawoman Bay Bridge (one block west), such local favorites as Fager's Island (half a mile west) and Seacrets (one mile south), Jolly Roger Amusement Park (two miles south), and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk (two miles south). EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
