Located on an 18-hole golf course, this Snowmass Village condo comes with stunning views of Mt. Daly and the ski area.

Spend your days hiking or biking on one of the countless trails in the area. The magnificent Maroon Bells, the most photographed place in Colorado, is just 20 minutes from the condo. There are also biking trails accessible right from your door.

Upon arrival, park up to two vehicles in your allocated spaces. An elevator will bring you to your single-level condo on the second floor.

On entry, you’ll find a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer and a guest bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo.

Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area, where a pinewood table seats six beneath an elk antler chandelier.

Steps away, an open living area features a wood-burning fireplace and a 55” HDTV with cable. Settle down for a movie night, or hook your vacation playlist up to the Bose sound system.

Outdoors, a private deck offers a stunning view of the jagged peak of Mount Daly. There’s a table with seating for four and a gas grill for BBQs.

In the primary bedroom, sprawl out before a 40” HDTV with cable. In the mornings, take a soak in the en suite bath with a tiled shower/tub combo.

The guest bedroom holds with a 42” HDTV (also with cable).

WHAT’S NEARBY
Hop in the car and drive four minutes to the Village at Snowmass and the Snowmass Mall, or just 15 minutes to downtown Aspen. This year-round destination offers amazing woodland hiking and mountain biking trails just minutes from the condo. Other activities include fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting, jeep rides, and wonderful festivals.

In summer months, swap the slopes for rapids and go white-water rafting with Blazing Adventures (a seven-minute drive away), or slow the pace with one of their woodland hikes, culinary trips, kayaking, or bike tours.

Local eateries are also within a five-to10-minute drive. Swing by Taster’s for pizza, check out The Edge Restaurant and Bar for German favorites like schnitzel and veal, or head to Venga Venga Cantina and Tequilla Bar for authentic Mexican dishes and an outdoor patio with fire pits and mountain views.

Guests for this home do not have access to the Snowmass Villas Club, however, the Snowmass Rec Center is a short walk from the home.

The guest bedroom no longer includes a twin bed. It only has a queen bed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
