This single-level home requires several steps to the building and more steps to get to the front door. Small But Functional

Great place to stay for a ski vacation. Though one could walk to the lifts it would be a pretty good hike - uphill. The unit is however very close to shuttle access. The unit is relatively small but is functional nonetheless. Plenty enough room for two to four. Furnishings, including kitchen utensils somewhat dated but everything was clean and again, functional. Great unit for the price. The address is listed as Lower Woodbine but access is much easier from Upper Woodbine is you are without a vehicle as we were.

Nice amenities, Easy access to shuttle to the slopes, Quiet area.

All appliances, dishes and tables were very clean. The pillows and bed smelled and were clean, the TV worked perfectly, as well as the WiFi. In general, a very nice place and great communication with the owner/management. Short walk to the shuttle to the slopes, which came by every 15 minutes. I would rent this place again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location

The location of this unit is ideal. While we did not ā€œski-in/outā€ due to the flat traverse of the bridge, you are literally across the street from Snowmass. The Snowmass area bus stops regularly in the parking lot of the complex, steps away, and if you cross the street, you can catch the Aspen direct bus and head over to Aspen/Highlands/Buttermilk. The grocery store is one block away, and the bus also stops there. I did rent a car, but you really donā€™t need one here. The unit itself is perfectly serviceable. Kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and was a good size. Bathrooms were also well stocked. The living area is on the smaller side, but cute. The twin beds were comfortable, but the queen in the master was not and I wish I had brought my own pillow. Previous reviewers had issue with the door access upon arrival, but I had no issues and found the management company very responsive and quick to answer when I reached out with other questions. I was hesitant to book due to some prior mediocre reviews, but overall I am glad I did and was quite happy with my stay. Whatever issues they had in the past seem to have been resolved and this was a nice, cozy unit for my family of 4 which I would recommend. Thanks for letting us stay!

Almost, but not quite.

If youā€™re not on on the mountain or at the base/mall, this is probably the best location. Woodbridge has great shuttle service to the Snowmass base every 15 minutes almost all day. It was described to us as ā€œsteps for the chairliftā€, this is not true!! However, the shuttle is super easy and pleasant to take and each condo is within a short walk from a shuttle bus stop. Besides location, the pros of 14A are: it is right next to the pool and hot tub, it has a washer and dryer inside the unit, and it has two bathrooms en suite. The cons are that it is very loud due to thin walls/ceilings (you can hear every step that people take upstairs and late into the night), cramped (the photos do not reflect the actual feel in the apartment, which is chock full of furniture), the unit is pretty run down and in need of some updating/TLC. (Also, you should note that the bed in the adult room is queen!) All in all, we had a great trip, but wouldnā€™t recommend this exact unit to friends. P.S. Vacasa did a terrible job with the rental logistics. They gave us a keypad code to get in that was incorrect. We waited outside for almost 2 hours while both my husband and I to attempted to get them on the phone to resolve the issue. Once we did, they gave us yet another code that didnā€™t work. Finally, one of us was provided with a code that got us into the condo. The wifi password that they gave us was incorrect, too. They offered us a $100 rebate even though we spend over $200 extra to have a taxi wait outside with our kids in the car and take my husband back and forth to the base to try to find a hotel for the night in case we were never able to get in. Not pleasant after a long plane and then car ride.

Great location and customer service

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the shuttle transportation. While the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the carpets and spare sheets and blanket were not upon arrival. There was a washing machine so I was able to wash the sheets and blankets. If you are wanting a good hot tub experience, this might be a little lacking. There are 21 condo buildings and one hot tub that seat six people. Hard to get an opportunity to sit in it post skiing and wasnā€™t Super clean upon our first night arrival. I will give a great review to the management company who asked about our check-in and cleanliness experience and were very quick to address the issues. Someone Came to service the hot tub the next day and it was much cleaner, Iā€™ll be at still very crowded. They also credited our account $100 for having arrived to wash sheets and blankets. Overall, it did not deter from a great ski weekend in Snowmass.

Good access to Snowmass

Nice location in Snowmass. The directions to the condo unit were not very helpful and had to drive around for 20 minutes to find it. Also, the keypad code at check-in was wrong so I had to call VRBO to get a working keypad code.

"step from lift" means 0.3 miles uphill and across two roads or a bus

The place is reasonably priced and clean but, if you are purchasing for proximity to lifts, pick something else. The location on the map is inaccurate, it appears to be right off a return run but it's actually a street down from that in the very middle of the complex of condos. The return isn't terrible (maybe 200 yards from the trail) but you will either need to hike up hill and cross a bridge to get to the lift or take a free bus. Fortunately the operator agreed that the listing was misleading and put us in another spot closer to the hill about half way through our trip.

Swimming pool and hot tub are very close and location is about 10 minute walking distance from the Snowmass base. The unit was very well sized, kitchen stocked with some good basics which we really appreciated. Kitchen chairs could use an update as we had a knock some of the back pieces and leg braces back in from time to time. Carpet and tile was in very good shape, water pressure was good and the showers were nice and clean. Overall a very good stay, hoping to return during ski season.

Great location, great service

We loved our stay at this condo. It was the perfect size for our group of 4 and the location between Aspen and Basalt was very handy. We had trouble with the door code at first but that was handled so quickly that it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit well appointed, furnished and decorated tastefully, and kitchen and bath fixtures relatively up to date. There is a great view of the mountain right out the font sliding door. Access to slopes is relatively good but not strictly ski-in ski-out. Brief walk to bridge which we could ski across to get to Assay Hill Lift. Skiing back in a bit easier but still required a short walk after we skied across bridge. Snowmass shuttle stop is very close to unit, so this is another option to access slopes. For price, this was an acceptable compromise. Hot tube was also a plus. We had some issues with WiFi, the Turnkey folks were responsive and came out twice to help get things right.

Would Definitely Stay Again

As advertised and a great value. The interior was clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. The location was terrific. Easy walk to the lift, bus, grocery, and liquor store. The condo was extremely close to the very well maintained community hot tub. Woodbridge staff was very accommodating and friendly to our group. Turnkey was very responsive. Highly recommend.! A couple of small items that we didn't flag during our stay: The dining room chair(s) are beginning to fall apart, the outside deck was littered with cigarette butts, and though we got the pilot lit, we could not get the fireplace to light (possible user error).
