This custom-built Arts and Crafts style Pratt lake home on 8 acres in the woods feels like a private retreat. Soak in the hot tub, grill on the deck, or enjoy the fire-pit all while taking in great lake views and enjoying the surrounding nature sounds. A beautiful home sitting only 100 feet from the lake in the heart of the metro, the location cannot be better, placing you just 25 minutes from the Twin Cities.

NOTE: THE LAKE HOME IS COMPLETELY CLEANED, LINENS ARE LAUNDERED AND ALL TOUCH SURFACES ARE DISINFECTED BETWEEN GUEST STAYS.

It is a spacious and beautifully designed and decorated, three-bedroom residence with more than 4,500 square feet of living space. Sitting on a gorgeous, landscaped yard, it allows you to savor all of the comforts of home. Guests enjoy WiFi, fiber optic internet, 3 car garage and additional guest parking.

The yard is a wonderful retreat - whether at the front or the back, you are surrounded by pleasant views. The same can be said of the interior which includes the three bedrooms, two private baths and a main floor half bath. There is a great room with a large living room offering a brick fireplace. Directly off the kitchen is a large furnished 3 season screen porch. The main floor includes the Primary Bedroom Suite with a King bed, huge walk-in closet and large bathroom with oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower and private toilet room. The upper level includes two bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed), a full bath with two sinks and tub/shower combo. The upper level also has a loft area with a sectional and TV. The lower level has a second family room with views to the lake & backyard that includes theater seating, a banquette and a large screen projection tv. There is also an indoor hockey rink with synthetic ice for shooting pucks.

Located on Silver Lake in Stillwater Township. Silver Lake is a 90+ acre natural lake preserve. Enjoy canoeing, ice skating, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. (Note: Swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, tubing, etc... are not recommended on this natural lake preserve.)

This Stillwater fully furnished home is a perfect choice for an extended business stay, but is also a wonderful option for a holiday or group gathering in what is easily one of the most appealing areas in the Twin Cities metro.

The house was great with a well stocked kitchen as far as appliances, dishes and pots and pans. Grandchildren enjoyed all the space to play and have big dinners every night. They live only 10 minutes down off Manning.

Our daughter was getting married nearby at 7 Vines Vineyard and the search was on for a place for the bridal party to get ready that was spacious and comfortable. This location was perfect. The kitchen if fully stocked, great outdoor area with a huge fire pit and so much parking. Very nice stay and recommended it to the staff at 7 Vines for future brides!

This property is Amazing. We recently held our Annual Family Reunion here. Eleven of us were in attendance. The property was spotless and offered so many amenities that nobody was longing for additional things to keep them busy. From the Ice Hockey Rink, Amazing movie theatre, jacuzzi, well groomed fire pit, etc... everyone had a great time.

Memorable Stay

We rented the Lake House to celebrate my parents 50th wedding Anniversary. Suzanne was so helpful in responding quickly to our many questions asked in advance. They were accommodating to all our needs making for a low stress event. The house was beautiful and comfortable for a small party. Lots of extra amenities like vases, crockpot, napkin holders, etc. I especially loved relaxing with coffee in the morning on the screened in porch and watching fireflies from the lawn while listening to the bullfrogs and crickets in the evening. The app for the sound system wouldn't connect but they sent over someone to troubleshoot and offered bluetooth speakers when it was determined there was no resolve at the moment. They did what they could with a tough out of their control technology issue. My sister and I had a blast choreographing a roller skating routine on the indoor hockey rink. haha. Thank you. Lovely space. Great memories!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! My friends and I had so much fun making memoriesā€”playing outdoor games in the spacious yard, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling out, and enjoying the movie theater room and indoor hockey rink. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The host was fantastic with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. Such a lovely homeā€”highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Great host and property

Suzanne was a wonderful host and a delightful person. We've stayed at many, many vacation homes and she was the kindest and most accommodating of any we've worked with. In short, she was great. Our stay was for a wedding. It was perfect for the mother of the bride. The spacious master bath and huge master closet was just perfect for the occasion and clothes-changes. It was three adult sibling couples staying and the public areas (porch, deck, living areas) were perfect for gathering in the down times. Thanks for a great experience.

Indoor Hockey For The Win!

This house was so great! It is spacious with comfy beds and all the things you could want (extra blankets, extra pillows, all the kitchen utensils, etc). The kids were kept busy with the indoor practice hockey rink in the basement and had an absolute blast! The kids and parents enjoyed the theater room with the comfiest of lounge chairs. We will stay again if it is available the next time we are in town!

My group of eight women have been getting together annually for the past 30 years. This home was perfect for our group. We loved privacy of property and especially the screened in porch and lovely backyard. House was well appointed and clean.

Lovely, spacious and convenient

The house is lovely, spacious, very clean, and convenient to Stillwater and the Twin Cities. It has everything anyone could want/need--just pack your clothes, toiletries and order groceries for delivery (cheap and easy from nearby Cub). The house is just as pictured. My family--from toddler to 67 with many ages in between--had a great week in Stillwater, in large part because of the house. I hope we can return! Highly recommend!

Family Time

This house was more than perfect for our family gathering!! So many lovely places to hang with my grandkids in this house. My son-in-law is a hockey enthusiast and loved the synthetic hockey rink. He had fun showing our young grandkids how to shoot a puck!! We all loved the movie theater and our 4 year old granddaughter danced her heart out to her favor Disney movies. All of the adults enjoyed the hot tub and the sunroom where we played games after the kiddos went to sleep. Downtown Stillwater is adorable!!! And highly recommend Surly Brewery (worth the drive). Wish we could have stayed longerā¤ļø

Wonderful comfortable place

Awesome property with exceptional amenities. We spent a lot of time in the enclosed porch which was wonderful since it rained in the evening. We play cards so didnā€™t take advantage of the many TV areas. The movie room downstairs is unbelievable. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any queries.
