In order to put your health and safety first, we are strictly adhering to the CDC–COVID 19 guidelines: all furniture, kitchen, appliances, and bathrooms will be sanitized prior to your arrival.

Luxury beachfront condominium at a very affordable price. Just North of Rosarito & only 10 miles south of the border. Our unique oceanfront condo consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,700 SF, high sealing, and an open living space. This condo has a large terrace with a grill – enjoy a perfect barbecue with friends/family while overlooking vast blue ocean of Rosarito in the comfort of your own space. Located on a secluded, clean, white-sand beach that stretches for miles. The full ocean view can also be enjoyed from our living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Our condo is located on the second floor in a high-rise building with guard gated entry and 24-hour security & underground parking. Very easy access to the freeway, one mile away from the town center, food, shopping center (Super Walmart, Home Depot, clothing, etc.), and entertainment.

Our condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need to feel at home:
• Spacious terrace (30FT x 10FT) with plenty of terrace furniture, and Weber barbecue grill and;
• 65' Flat Screen T.V. with Dish Network;
• Free cable & wireless high-speed internet;
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water softener & garbage disposal;
• Front load washer & dryer;
• Master bedroom includes king size bed & private jacuzzi with massage jets;
• Guest bedroom includes 2 full size beds sleeps 4 people;
• Two queen size inflatable beds;
• Three infinity edge swimming pools & eight Jacuzzi; and
• Fully equipped oceanfront fitness center & sauna.

Amazing weekend

The apartment was simply amazing, the pictures don’t do justice. Have all amenities needed for a great stay. we enjoy the ocean views and the balcony was great. Jacob was very kind and allowed us to complete check in early always available to answer any concerns promptly. Cannot wait till we go again, im happy I found a great place to stay for future vacations.

Secluded heaven with breathtaking views

We arrived to be greeted by friendly staff, breathtaking views, and peaceful surroundings. Jacob was so helpful with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Horseback riding, atv, and ultra light rides were available on the weekend right outside our door. If you are looking for a beautiful resort style condo on a beach that is semi private, just out of the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to visit... This one is a keeper!

Just as described if not better.

The place was so nice we decided to extend our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and answer questions. The internet and US based telephone worked without issues. The TV allowed HDMI connection so you can bring your laptop. The condo was furnished beautifully. The sunsets are amazing. We will definitely stay here again next year. Deposit was posted on homeaway within hours of departure. Thank you so much!

Great place!

We had a great time at this place. Everything was better than expected. All the amenities from the mattresses to the washer and dryer where top notch. It is good for all seasons since they keep the jacuzzis steaming hot and the sauna. The security personnel where polite and very helpful. We felt very safe. Jacob is a great and honest person to deal with, he makes the transaction very easy. I forgot a piece of luggage and he call me before I even notice and made arrangements for me to pick it up. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Jacob

Beware!

The condo is exactly as described. However, it is in a partially unfinished building and only one of very few condos (out of more than 100 units) that is finished. The building is over 7 years old but was never completed and has visible deferred maintenance including deteriorating common areas and inoperable jacuzzis, unheated pool etc. A very unsettling experience to be the only people in a 20 story building, surrounded by skeletons of other buildings around in worse condition. We vacated early and would not recommend.

Amazing location... dirty kitchen

The location is amazing... I've read people complaining that the building is almost empty. That is actually one of the things we loved the most. The facilities and common areas are very well kept and beach access is incredible. The condo itself was beautiful. Located on the second floor just in the middle so when you go into the balcony you not only get the amazing ocean view but the great pool area is just below. However, our only problem was cleanliness at the condo. The kitchen was down right dirty. I had to spend about an hour cleaning counters and cabinets (which had ants crawling all over them) before I was able to put any of out food down. Kitchen utensils and flatware even had old crusty food stuck to them. The oven was absolutely disgusting (no other way to put it) with stuck burnt food all over and even old food left there. I wrote to the owner immediately to let him know and he did contact me immediately and apologized about this situation. We understand that not living in the actual premises makes it difficult for owners to know the actual condition of the place; however it is ultimately their responsibility to ensure it it properly maintained, especially if they charged a cleaning fee, which we believe in our case it should've been waived. It wasn't.

impressive twenty story build , easy on off form toll road great location

only giving three stars eight jacuzzi's ? none of which worked, work out and sauna where under construction so for get that , two elevators one working and I was their for eight days . The units master bath had black mold which my wife cleaned but the shower head was clogged with mold . luckily the other shower was fine. gas in grill was empty , which I removed and replaced on my time and cash. don't understand why the front window is blocked it prevents any air circulation we opened the door to allow sea breeze in. also only one tv, some ants we spray'ed the beds where good, the balcony has a great view and comfortable furniture my favorite place except for the beach the water and waves off the charts. Also the surf fishing was beyond my expectations in fact it was outstanding .everything in the kitchen worked except the garbage disposal.had a power issue would have liked to have spent fifty less considering the short comings.One other thing regarding the beach, there's run-off south of the building about an eighth of a mile that smells and looks nasty . beaches are not white sand and at times looks like a dog park.which the residents are negligent more times then not. horses also parade on beach. but very peace full uncrowded clean building

The most relaxing beautiful place

The condo is located in a very beautiful spot on the beach... it has security 24 seven which makes you feel very safe... The owner is the nicest person on the planet..The accommodations were perfect I would highly recommend the condo in fact I will be using it probably three times a year

Family Baja road trip

We showed up early by accident and Jacob was so nice to let us in early. The property was amazing. Beautiful deserted beach. Cold but clean pools (3) and eight hot tubs (also cold). The condo had everything we needed and more! We felt like rockstars staying here.

Our experience was so wonderful! The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everyone working on the property was very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the view! I recommend Las Olas Mar y Sol to anyone coming this direction. We also really appreciated the contact with the owner of the condo, Jacob. He was very informative, quick to respond and very friendly!

Great as always

Yacoub is a great host. He make sure we got all ready for the trip and a last call before arriving to make sure we were good to go. Is our 7th annual trip for Rosarito and this time was good as always. Thank you Yacoub.

Breathtaking view

Beautiful location and breathtaking view, condo was very comfortable but they could of do a better job cleaning and maintaining the property, electric sockets were damage and burnt, overall the place was nice and the view was breathtaking

My Home Away From Home

This particular condo has it all.....a view, all the amenities, location and not to mention cleanliness. I recommend this location to anyone traveling down to Baja. Jacob was not only responsive and accommodating, but very friendly as well. Needless to say, I will be back.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, and the inside and outside was very clean. There was security walking throughout, felt very safe while at the condo. One down side was there were only two of the jacuzzis kind of working and despite it saying no kids they were constantly full of kids. I also had an odd experience that a Mexico number called me middle of the night yelling why was I messing with their stuff when me and all my guests had been in bed for the night it startled me and I have no idea who it was or how they got my cellphone number.

Our stay in Rosarito

Very nice to be close to the ocean and hear the waves crashing. For the most part it was quiet except Saturday night when loud booming music from a nearby unit went on until about midnight. I don't think there is anyone but the remotely located front gate guard as an employee on the grounds during the night so no one else to handle the situation even though "rules" say no loud music after 9. The sheets on the bed did not stay in place, maybe because they were old ones. It took awhile to get hot water in the bathroom, causing waste of water. But nice to have all of the appliances and dishware we needed to make our meals in the unit. But the TV had serious burn-in problems. Very nice pools and multiple hot saunas outside. Handy elevator. Underground parking is a plus. The prompt return of the cleaning deposit was greatly appreciated! To sum it up, some things were really nice and a few things could use some loving care.

Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed staying at Jacob's place. We plan to do it again at our earliest convenience. The beach is steps away, and there are several pools and spas to choose from, as the pictures show. It is that beautiful. And while some of the other amenities of the facility aren't currently available (gym, sauna, steam room), it is still a great destination.

My family enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach. We received the condo clean and in perfect condition. Jacob is an outstanding host and was always aware of our needs. The only downside was that only 2 Jacuzzis worked.

Beautiful place

Loved the place. The condo is everything as shown. Great security upon arrival. Building managers on the other hand made us (my family) feel a bit uncomfortable. Kept coming back to question us while we were trying to enjoy the Jacuzzi. For some reason they showed no record of our stay.
