Comprising: a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a toilet, and a bathroom with sink and shower. Garage used as storage. Garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers. Parking space for a vehicle. Housekeeping is provided by the tenant.
