The codes were failing when sent. I reached out to Mike several times via text/calling/and VRBO app. He failed to respond. I called VRBO to document my concerns after strangers dressed up were looking in the house windows. Guest showed up 11:40pm there were 15 people there with multiple cases of alcohol. I have a recording wheee they said they were there for college graduation after party. We have strict rules, no parties no gatherings annd the guest agreed to. I called the Police and they enforced our rules. Rules state if the guest breaks the rules the stay will be canceled with no refund. Our rules are very clear. The guest had sent our address out to at least 60 people per the conversation he had with the police. Our quiet hours are at 10 PM. The rules also state that if the stay has to be canceled due to a violation of our rules, the guest loses the right to leave us a review. I will be contacting VRBO to remove this review. I would use strong caution when approving Mike.
