Maison bleue - sea access, rooftop and sauna, completely renovated

Located in a small, quiet residential area, our house is a few minutes from local shops, cafes, the city center of Brest, and above all, directly on the beach of La Cale, in Relecq.
On site, you will find a nautical center for lessons or sail rental, as well as a sandy beach, then on the other side a seaside promenade that crosses a pine forest.
The house is quiet but not isolated, in the heart of the corniche, a great place to walk on sunny days. A staircase in front of the house will lead you directly to the water for a refreshing swim, or the launch of the Paddle (provided), or for a little fishing (fishing on foot at low tide, the beach is full of crabs, molluscs and razor clams).

We love the friendly atmosphere that reigns in our neighborhood, with its little green corners, the communal petanque court 100 meters away. The city center of Brest, with all amenities (restaurants, cinemas, ocean museum, marina) is 5 minutes away by car, the port and the beach of Moulin Blanc are accessible 20 minutes by bike (we leave 2 on site). This house is a family house, we spend precious time there with our friends and family (who live nearby). We have installed a terrace with a reception table and a brazero for grilled marshmallows, a sauna for the after-swim, and a roof terrace that serves as a solarium perfectly exposed throughout the day. The plus of this house, which makes it so unique, are its windows facing the sea. The tide is a spectacle for the whole day, and the house is bathed in light. You can follow the boats, windsurfers as they pass by, as well as the Empress' Rock on the other side of the shore (to climb!).
