Kerlou - Family house - Surf Camp - Kerlouantec - (Crozon Morgat La palue)

House totally renovated in 2024, located in the listed village of Kerlouantec.
The location is ideal, 4 minutes from the seaside resort of Morgat and the shops and 5 minutes from the beach of Lostmarc'h and La Palue.
Located on a very large garden of 1500 m2 not overlooked, close to hiking trails, the house is in a very quiet, wooded area and close to the village washhouse.
Facing south, a large wooden terrace of 50 m2 opens onto the garden. There is a stone barbecue next to it.
For the return from the beach, an outdoor shower is available, as well as a garden shed to store bikes, surfboards, etc ...

The house has 5 double bedrooms. It is designed to accommodate up to 10 people maximum. Please be sure that the house will not accommodate people other than those you have declared during your stay. If this is not the case, you must modify your reservation and specify the exact number of people who will stay with you. The reception is done either with a key box or with our neighbor who takes care of the house.
Reminder: The price mentioned when you made your reservation includes:
The rental of the house as described in the ad, the fiber, the management of your reception and departure, your accompaniment during the stay.
Your reservation does not include: Exit cleaning, 90 euros to be paid on site on your departure as well as water and electricity consumption charges. Meter readings will be made accordingly. We can provide towels and sheets at an additional cost. (5€/towel and 10€/bed)
