Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that pests impacted your stay, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we immediately had our pest control company treat the home and also offered an alternate property to minimize the disruption to your trip. Since your stay, the home has continued to receive regular professional pest control service to help ensure any pests from the outdoors do not affect future guests. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're sorry your visit was cut short. We truly hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Blue Skies, Stay Duvet

Thank you for your review Constance! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location—being close to attractions and shopping while still being away from the crowds is definitely a big plus. We're glad you enjoyed Holey City Bagels too—it’s a great spot! We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of a dishwasher and washer/dryer and the temperature control issues in some rooms. We’ll be sure to look into this to improve the experience for future guests. We’d love to host you again on your next visit! Blue Skies, Team Duvet

Thank you for the detailed review Tronya! We’re glad our team was responsive and able to quickly address the HVAC issue and bring fresh towels when requested. We also appreciate your feedback about the bugs. We’ve since had pest control stop by to treat the home, as bugs can be more noticeable during Charleston’s humid and rainy season. We’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds and great location, and we hope to have you back again! Blue Skies, Duvet Team
