Thank you for sharing your honest experience Emily! We're glad to hear you and your friends enjoyed your weekend getaway and found the location to be both convenient and safe. It's great that the beds were comfortable and the living spaces met your needs for group dinners. We apologize for the initial issue with the pool, but we're pleased that our team was able to resolve it promptly. We appreciate your recommendation and will make sure to address the pool cleaning to enhance future stays. We hope to welcome you back for another lovely retreat!

It's always our goal to attend to our guests' concerns and make their stay comfortable. We just wish that these issues were reported during your stay so we could have had the chance to address them. We have extra towels in the supply closet that you could have used for the pool. There was a switch that would turn on the ceiling fan outside. And we would have sent another set of pillows if the one we have there does not suit you. Nevertheless, we hope can host you next time to improve your first impression. Looking forward!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Jane. We regret, however, to learn that we fell short in some areas. Your comments are well considered as we look into ways to enhance guests' experience. Please be assured that we will look into the matters you raised. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon.

Until your next visit!
