Summary:
Gorgeous 3/2.5 bath oceanfront residence at the exclusive Somerset at the Reef community with spectacular oceanfront positioning and wrap around patio. As the only rental property within this community, guests will particularly enjoy the low key and tranquil environment afforded to them by a community that is almost fully occupied by owners, both part time and full time. Located on the most desirable section of prestigious West Gulf Drive, the location of Somerset at the Reef simply cannot be beaten. Set back far enough from the resort district of Sanibel but proximal to shopping, grocery, restaurants, and the best and least crowded beach on Sanibel, guests will find the location of this property is one of the best on the island.

The Space:
The residence itself is 202D at Somerset at the Reef. 202D is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, condominium located on the second floor of the D building, the most desirably located building in the community due to its central location and direct/panoramic Gulf of Mexico views. Please note that the 3rd bedroom has been converted into a reading room and office of sorts and features a pullout sofa for the convenience of spillover guests. The master and guest bedrooms feature a king bed and double twin beds, respectively. The master bedroom also features a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The residence features a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen with a large island and new appliances. The patio is almost 400 square feet and wraps around the ocean facing portion of the residence and can be sealed off from the air conditioned portion of the condo by shutting the interior slider doors. Alternatively, for those who enjoy air conditioned indoor-outdoor living spaces the patio can be fully air conditioned by leaving the interior sliders open as is pictured above. The patio features an excellent work station for those that wish to spend time working with a fantastic view of the ocean and community grounds.
In regard to amenities offered by Somerset at the Reef, the community features an oversized pool, tennis courts, outdoor seating, grills, under unit dedicated parking, and a boardwalk that affords residents and guests alike with direct beach access.
