Studio (24m²) located 2 minutes walk (200m, flat) from the ski/mountain bike lifts of Serre Chevalier.

On the 1st floor of a residence without elevator, a ski locker is at your disposal (level -1), as well as a secure bicycle room (locks not provided).

Composed of a living room with kitchen (dining area, 3-seater sofa) opening onto a south-facing balcony, View of the slopes of Serre Chevalier, a sleeping area (bed 140x200cm mattress and bed base at the beginning of August 2025) with window, a small entrance opening onto a small mountain area (2 beds 90*200), a bathroom with bath, towel dryer and sink, and a large cupboard.

Access to the ski lifts of the slopes (ski, mountain bike DH) at 200m. Return ski-in/ski-out/mountain bike (only the access road to the residence to cross, 50m).

Numerous mountain bike departures and hiking trails (200m away) to explore the resort in summer and enjoy a mountain environment by taking advantage of the markings and maintenance of the trails.
