The living area includes a lounge with sofa, armchairs, television and Hi-Fi system, together with a dining table for 7 guests. This space suits the rhythm of seaside holidays, from breakfast before the beach to quieter evenings after coastal walks.

The separate kitchen allows guests to enjoy independent holidays. It includes an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Parking is available in the reserved spaces along the driveway. The garage can be used to store bicycles or beach equipment, but not to park a vehicle.

From the property, guests can easily reach Bourg beach approximately 550 metres away, shops and the town centre approximately 400 metres away, and explore Cap d’Erquy and the wilder beaches along the coastline.
