Enjoy everything Wilmington offers from it's award winning restaurants to it's top notch night life. Everything located within one block walking distance. You will be relaxing in a two bedroom apartment with full amenities that include wireless Internet , all linens , full kitchen and separate living room. Enjoy breath taking views from your balcony that over looks the Cape Fear river.

~The whole place is yours!
~1 Parking spot is provided off site in a secure parking garage 1.5 blocks away.
additional parking may be purchased for $15.00 per day.
~We are located on the coast and adverse weather is sometimes a factor, Please understand we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions we will give you a credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st thru November 30 please make a note of this when booking.
~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.
~By booking this condo you agree to all the covid rules and restrictions put in place. If you have any questions concerning the rules and restrictions please message me before requesting to book. Booking constitutes acceptance of said covid rules and restrictions.
~Guest count must match reservation NO EXCEPTIONS!
~ DO NOT rent this property if you are not the guest staying. Must be 23 years old to rent this condo.
~QUIET times are observed between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am
~ NO PETS~
~Condo is set up for 2 sets of 2 guests sleeping in the same bed, if the pullout is needed please make sure to notify us 24 hrs before arrival for linens.
~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd party bookings permitted.
~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.
~ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.
~ This property is NOT available for parties or social gatherings of any sort and only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY.
~ QUIET times are observed between 9 pm - 8 am
~ This is a NON-smoking condo. If air quality sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!!
~ ID is required for all guests on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival for access codes to be activated for check-in or this will significantly delay your check in
~Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.
~ Keep the property and all furnishings in good working order.
~ Only use appliances for their intended uses
~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring pets of any sort, service, or other please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs. ~ WSR is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. WSR is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use as registered guest.
We don't allow any alterations to reservations within 30 days of arrival that would reduce the days you've already booked.
