Amazing stay all around, Would recommend to everyone!

The house was spectacular, very clean and well organized. Owner was amazing with communication and responding to any questions or concerns I had. My family had a blast !

Weekend booked for a Family event.

We where unhappy with the home Friday night we notice there was no hot water to shower we notify the property owner he responded he would get someone in the morning. In the morning we had to men walk in through the backyard and just to fix something with the pool. The warm water got fixed at 1pm which the reason i booked was cause i had an event to be at 230pm so we had to take cold showers. The next morning before checking out we tried to shower and same no more warm water but didn't bother saying anything. 1st and last time i would stay here and the house does need more things to repair and showednt be out available to Rent.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

Where do I begin. It’s INFESTED with ROACHES. There are black widow spiders outside on the furniture and wasp, because nothing is kept up with. Broken screens and furniture in the back yard. Back gate that leads to the park doesn’t lock, huge safety hazard. Pictures are at least 10-years old. Pool isn’t heated, when knew that before arriving. All of the other reviews are accurate. No big pots pans, pot holders, knives. Bring your own if you want to cook with roaches. Can’t leave anything on the counters and pray you don’t take them home with you. Was extremely disappointed.

Needs work

The house needs a lot of work! Towel racks broken in both bath rooms while leaving the exposed hardware, not safe. Rust stains in the sink in the master bath, nothing larger than small pans for cooking, no large bowls or generally anything to cook a family meal. Carpet was filthy and generally not what is advertised. Pool was very dirty on arrival and had to call on the second day to have pool service come out so we could actually swim. Large window in the living room area cracked and actually taped together. We made the best of all these issues as none were a quick fix aside from the pool. Although, never again would will we return to this property.

Comfortable house, great location

House was very nice and clean. The kids loved the pool and that the house has access to the park from the back yard. The neighborhood is nice and there are many stores near by. Great location. I would stay there again when in town.

Not As Advertised - Forget The Broken Pool - Noisy Neighborhood

This was a very disappointing experience. The heated pool is promoted as a major feature, but when I asked about how to turn it on, I was told it would be an additional $150 a day. I reluctantly agreed to pay this, only to be told a few hours later that the heater doesn't work. We arrived to find the pool filthy and the pump broken, too. Would it be safe to swim in? Your guess. I found this communication less than forthcoming. The home looks like it was bought in a distress sale. Broken window, peeling paint, stained sinks. Yeck. And on Saturday night there were multiple parties that were loud-loud-loud. One in park behind the house, another next door, and yet another a few doors down. True, the owner can't control this, but bring your ear plugs. By far, the worst VBRO experience I've had. I should get a substantial refund.

Regret Booking

We booked this property ONLY for the heated pool that is advertised, and did not get instruction on how to use it. I contacted the owner MULTIPLE times during our stay and no response. The only time he messaged me was to say the neighbors said we were being too loud. The house was nice and roomy but I got it for the pool. After paying all that money for the stay, it definitely ruined my birthday weekend.
