Surrounded by trees and a serene view, our home is nestled in a quiet community. Enjoy a cup of coffee (or moonshine) on the large covered outdoor deck, take in the views and sounds of the Smoky Mountains, or grill up some dinner on the outdoor BBQ gas grill! And of course the private hot tub is usable year round. You are also welcome to enjoy the community pool when open during seasonal hours.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
