Beautiful, c.1910 Haymount estate. An oversized, nearly 1-acre lot sits nestled privately off the street in the heart of Haymount - behind 100 year old long leaf pines. Pulling up the wrap around drive, youre greeted by 750+ sq. feet of wrap around porch and southern hospitality. The main home sleeps 16 and the pool house sleeps another 2 plus couches. And dont forget - enjoy the 40x20 inground saltwater pool and 8 person saltwater hot tub while you share in fellowship with your party!

1 main private master on the 1st floor with large walk-in closet and private bathroom. Off the 1st floor master is a small bedroom with 1 twin bed. Off the living room is a small bedroom with 2 twin beds. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, all of which with their own private bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen, another a king, and the 3rd has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, plus another twin over twin bunk bed. The pool house is a separate apartment, with its own kitchen/living/bedroom/1 full bath and 1/2 bath. Total sleeping arrangements between the two spaces sleep 18. The home comes equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, theatre room, swing set, outdoor fire pit, large inground salt water pool & hot tub. We provide all linens and toiletries - as well as fresh locally purchased coffee, tea, pastries, chips, popcorn and smores supplies.

IMPORTANT: POOL DEPTH IS 3.5 FT ON EITHER END, AND 5.5 FT IN THE CENTER

SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK

1. NO DIVING

2. NO RUNNING OR HORSEPLAY IN OR AROUND THE POOL OR HOT TUB

3. NO FLIPS OR TRICKS OFF THE SIDE OF THE POOL OR STAIRS

4. NO GLASSWARE – USE SUPPLIED PLASTIC CUPS AND PLATES/BOWLS

5. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICES USED IF UNDER THE AGE OF 10 AND/OR NOT A STRONG SWIMMER

6. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH OR UTILIZE THE HOT TUB BUTTONS OR CONTROLS

7. DO NOT ACCESS THE POOL PUMP AREA, NOR THE CONTROLS – CALL YOUR HOST FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS REAGARDING THE POOL DURING YOUR STAY

8. CLEAN YOUR POOL TOYS OUT OF THE SKIMMERS AFTER EVERY USE

9. CLOSE THE HOT TUB COVER AFTER EVERY USE

10.TURN OFF THE POOL LIGHT AFTER EVERY USE (IF IT WAS TURNED ON)

YOUR CHILDREN AND THEIR SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY – PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!

HOUSE RULES

- Please refrain from wearing shoes in the home. This helps keep the floors shiny and beautiful

- Please be respectful of loud noise after 10PM on weekdays and 11PM on weekends

- There is NO smoking inside the home. You may smoke outside the home and ash trays are provided under the kitchen sink.

o Additional cleaning fees of $100 will be applied for smoking inside the home to remove stains and odor damages

- Please wash your dishes during your stay. There are dishwashing pods and sponges provided under the sink

o Upon checkout in the main home, please load the dishwasher with any remaining dishes and turn it on prior to exiting

- DO NOT put grease down the drain lines nor anything else other than flushable liquids or what is permitted for the garbage disposal (see sign in home for permitted items in the garbage disposal). This too means no feminine hygiene products are to be flushed. The home is 110 years old and such is the plumbing in areas. Your failing to adhere to these rules WILL RESULT IN A PLUMBING FAILURE. And you WILL be charged for the damage in full.

- We are a pet friendly home, upon approval, however please do not allow your dogs on to the beds or furniture. We provide a dog bed and chew toys in the master bedroom.

o If dogs are found to have been on the furniture, you may be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee and further financially responsible for any damage made to the furniture.

- No parking on the lawn & please be careful not to run over landscape edging

- We are environmental advocates and encourage recycling when possible. There are double trash receptacles in the main house, pool house, and outside patio area, labeled for trash and recycling. Please use these as necessary and when full, throw the trash into the green bin – located in the driveway, and recycling in the blue bin.

o Owners will remove bins Wednesday night to the street for Thursday trash pickup

- Please return game accessories to their rightful places before checkout (including air hockey, poker, foosball, and pool table accessories)

- No climbing or horseplay on the game tables

- Feel free to use the BBQ grill that is outside during your stay. We just ask that you turn off the propane and clean the grill after every use.

o Failing to do so may result in a $30 fee

- Please do not rearrange the furniture

- From time to time we leave leftover condiments or foods in the refrigerator or pantry left from previous guests. We do our very best to check for expiration dates, however it is ultimately up to the guest’s discretion to inspect the expiration date prior to consuming. The host does not take responsibility for the consumables.

- Upon checkout, please start the 1st two loads of laundry, and leave all further dirty linens (sheets and towels) on the laundry room floor (main house).

o DO NOT remove comforters or quilts/shams. Leave these on the bed and the staff will arrange for cleaning at our facilities

- Upon checkout, please set thermostats to 68 heat and 74 cool (if they were changed during your stay)

- There is zero tolerance for any illegal activity or illegal drug activity on the property. If this is suspected or found, authorities will be contacted and guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

- If there are complaints from neighbors for inappropriate behavior and or authorities are involved for inappropriate behavior, you may be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

- Any further guests over and above your registered guests on the reservation, need prior approval, and will be charged at a rate of $150 per head/per stay

- Day guests are only allowed with prior approval. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are to be at the home at any point without prior approval. Any unpermitted guests will be charged to the booking guest at $150 per head, and or may be cause for eviction immediately without refund.

- ANY UNAUTHORIZED EVENT OR CELEBRATION (DETERMINED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE HOST), WILL BE CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION OTHERWISE. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THIS AND WILL MONITOR THE ACTIVITY AS NECESSARY ON THE SECURITY CAMERAS. WE RESPECT OUR HOME & NEIGHBORS AND EXPECT THE SAME FROM OUR GUESTS.

- CHECKOUT TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED, as the cleaning crew needs several hours to prepare for the following guests. For overstaying past your checkout the first 15-30 minutes, you will be charged $50. For every 15 minute increment there forward, you will be charged $50.
