Modern and bright, this fully equipped house has a garden, a fitted terrace and a barbecue to fully enjoy outdoor meals. Open the entrance door and discover a pleasant living area of nearly 30 m², bright and functional, with direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also available. Meals can be shared around the dining table for 6 people, and the living room welcomes you at the end of the day with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table.



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), while the third, with a bunk bed for two people, provides direct access to the terrace.



A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, along with an independent toilet, complete the accommodation.



A travel cot and a high chair are available in the house.



For your comfort, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal. Two private parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and a shed will allow you to store bicycles or beach equipment safely.

An outlet to recharge your electric vehicle is also available.
