A short walk to all of the amenities (including 4 pools, splash pad, sports courts, sandy beach on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, and nature trail), our home away from home is in a perfect location! Whether you are coming down for the theme parks, or just some relaxation, everything you could dream of is within a short drive (shopping, restaurants, golf, a plethora of attractions). We are located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, 16 miles from SeaWorld Orlando, 22 miles from from Universal Orlando Resort, 23 miles from Legoland Florida and very close to Polo Park East Golf Course.

Our home is not perfect, but we truly strive to provide every guest with a comfortable 5-star experience. If something unexpected happens, we do our best to address it promptly and courteously.
Check-In Information
* Your specific unit number and address will be provided in your booking instructions before arrival
* Check in is contactless by smart lock keypad- no need to visit the front desk! Code will be provided prior to check-in and activate at 4pm on the day of your arrival and deactivate at 10:00am on the day of your departure.
* Resort fees are already included in your reservation price
* You will not be asked to pay additional fees unless specifically disclosed in advance.
Amenity Access
This home is independently managed by Your Orlando Stay. Guests staying in this home have access to all of Bahama Bay’s community amenities, including the pools, hot tubs, beach area, and pier. The only excluded amenities are the clubhouse building and the amenities located inside it, which are the fitness center and business center.
Packages may be delivered directly to your unit, if this service is requested please let us know and we will provide instructions.
Housekeeping
The cleaning fee covers departure cleaning only. Daily housekeeping service is not included. A limited starter supply of basic toiletries and household items is provided. Guests should expect to purchase additional items for longer stays.
Noise Disclosure
This condo is located on the second floor of a three story building. Because it is a multi unit structure, guests should expect normal resort and household sounds from neighboring units, including footsteps, voices, furniture movement, or music.
You may also hear exterior maintenance activity such as landscaping, lawn mowing, leaf blowing, or pressure washing. These are normal parts of resort living and are not considered maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Pest Disclosure
Bahama Bay receives regular professional pest control service. However, because of Florida’s warm and humid climate and proximity to water, occasional insects may still be encountered. This can include palmetto bugs, small ants, or flying insects. These sightings are common in Florida and are not, by themselves, an indicator of poor cleanliness. Any unusual or recurring issue should be reported promptly.

Our home is cleaned according to professional turnover standards. Linens and towels are replaced between guests. We aim to provide a fresh and comfortable stay for every reservation.
