t’s located on the quiet side of the main floor. It has a nice patio and barbecue in your own backyard. View of Knox mountain. Both bedrooms are separated by a living room for privacy.

Relax in your own garden/patio and BBQ with your friends and families in your private back yard.. Waterscape is 100% non smoking, this includes the unit, patio and all common areas of the complex.

Full kitchen and utensils plus few basics are set up in the home.
Towels and pool towels, bedding, hair dryer, iron and iron board are in the home for use too.

**No Parties as this a family community. Loud Noises after 11pm could incur a fine of $200 per day.

**No alcohol, vaping or smoking in the unit or outside or in the common area including in the amenities area(swimming pool and hot tub) A fine of $250 could be imposed by Strata

Occasionally Pool or Hot may be closed: No refunds for amenity closure.
