Towels and pool towels, bedding, hair dryer, iron and iron board are in the home for use too.
**No Parties as this a family community. Loud Noises after 11pm could incur a fine of $200 per day.
**No alcohol, vaping or smoking in the unit or outside or in the common area including in the amenities area(swimming pool and hot tub) A fine of $250 could be imposed by Strata
