Classic cape, private beach, summer 2026, one month avail. July 8-Aug. 12

Family Tides is a traditional Cape Cod style beach house with charming coastal decor in a private beach community, five minute walk from the sand. Family Tides offers three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, dining room, two separate living rooms, kitchen, and a sun room - all of which provide plenty of space for your family to spread out. A new stone patio was built in 2020, complete with a propane fire pit, string lights, corn hole, and an outdoor shower. It is a perfect place to unwind and bbq after a day at the beach.

Walk inside the front door to an inviting living/dining room combo with a 'beachy' vibe. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, which is wonderful for the winter holidays. This is the perfect 'adult' relaxation spot while kids gather in the tv room. The sunporch is off the living room with a wicker sofa and small table for games and a sliding glass door out to the back patio. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which has a table for eight. The dining room flows into the kitchen and a sunken tv room, with a large tv, cable and wifi, and two sofas. Kids and teens will take over this room. There is a half bath and washer/dryer adjacent to this room.

Along the stairway you'll find a nautical gallery wall and upstairs are three bedrooms: queen, queen, two twins, and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms, a queen and twins, are 'railroad style' and connected for a family suite feel. There is a door between them for more privacy. There is central AC throughout the house, with a portable unit in the twin bedroom as it gets a bit warm in there. There are also ceiling fans in the large bedroom and family room.

The backyard is the perfect spot for entertaining after a day at the beach: dining table for eight, extra table & chairs if needed, seating area with sectional sofa and propane fire pit, large lawn for games (corn hole and ladder ball are included), propane grill, string lights for ambiance, and an outdoor shower.

The neighborhood is a great spot for kids to play and ride bikes. The beach is private and only a two minute walk from Family Tides. Very easy to walk back & forth for lunch and showers. The house includes two beach wagons, beach chairs, sand table, and games. Also, a wood burning fire pit to take to the beach for bonfires, BUT it must be brought back to the house when finished.
